Coolbet problems for payout

Sportsbetting in day 20.5.2026. Played usa-germany game and win in coolbet.com. Got winnings and withdraw without problem. When i made new deposit half hour later instantly lost same amount from my balance which i just withdraw. There i only negative amount and ”REVERT” mark in transactions. Its now four days and support wont pay it back. I found other gamblers also who have same problem and coolbet seems to have major issue and cant do nothing. Is there more players who did/didnt get wins and see revert mark in transfers?

Still nothing. Coolbet cannot pay that deposit as support says. Here is screenshot where can easily see how clear this case should be but coolbet just delayed it purpose.

What exactly did you bet on that match.

Seems by looking at it that they settled the bet as a winning bet and then afterwards changed that hence the winnings you received being removed from account .

So they have either marked it as losing or its unsettled again for whatever reason.

Bookies sites often pay bets out. Then next day the bets either changed to losing and winnings removed or goes unsettled again still leaving balance in minus.

Screenshot shows nothing really so would need to know exactly what bet you made to know whats happened.
