I took a look at 5dimes a week ago.
Been almost 10 years since they were audited.
I wouldn't suggest to go there as this is highly suspicious.
As for their games that are slightly above 100% this is nothing new.
I've seen casinos in real life offer about ~103%.
It is not hard to find casinos on the internet offering 100% games.
I've seen regular casino games on the internet offering 110%+ belive it or not.
Seek and ye shall find...
