I just scratched my so called bonus at 3Dice

2 months running my bonus lasted 1 second. I refuse to deposit again until I see a better bonus. I put a little in regularly, very little comes back. One small $50 cashout just to say I cashed out. That scratch card bonus is horrendus.

15 deposits, 1 cashout and a slap in the face bonus lately. They may not wan't to keep me as a customer any longer but if they can't do better than a 1 second scratch card I do not wan't to play there anymore.
I have several casinos that kick me a nice bonus I can play slots on every month.

Slots! Thats why I play. I would never scratch a $25 scratch card. Slots!

My last months scratch card was a wash so after reading a few posts i joined gone gambling and used their points to get 25 at 3dice rather then another scratch card for aug. Last month i made a few extra deposits yet i still found
i dropped down points on my bonus and this was before i changed over to gone gambling.

I dont think there are too many winners with the cards, I HATE the new system, IT SUCKS. I think its a bit of an insult to lose status in only 10 days. HEY ENZO BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM.:)

I, too, think this new system is a slap in the face.

I have been a GG member for years and had been getting the conversion bonus every month. Now here's where I got PO'd. It says that you only have to make XX of deposits to be a Bronze* player. With that you get the conversion at GG and a scratch card. I had made well over that in deposits but still was not eligible. So wrote Enzo and he changed my status. Then I had to wait a week or so to get my GG conversion. During this time I was deposit a little. I had like a couple of hours left before I could make conversion, checked on status at 3Dice and all was fine. This was in the a.m. by the time I could make the conversion that p.m. my status had changed back down to not eligible. I'm talking hours not days. Talked to Anna and was told that time had run out on my eligibility but that she would give it to me this time. Made me feel like an ant.

So I played out my little $25 in about 10 minutes and promptly uninstalled 3Dice. Oh and I did get a scratch card for a bonus and guess what, nada.

Exercised my rights as a player. If they don't like me, I don't like them. :D

Last month ago win $25 in my scratch card, but loose all in same time i think, and I decide to uninstall and close my account there, becouse my luck was down , made some deposit ($100, $70...) but i really cant play here, as I said cant win here. But i say too the slots are good.

About last November or so, when 3Dice was in large favor here amongst many thread posters, I said that I would rate it a 6.5 out of a 10 at best. For this, and other similar comments, I was basically shouted down in this forum by more than a few other posters. I think that as a little time has passed, a few more of you are coming around to my opinion of the casino. Here is my current sumation of 3Dice's pros and cons:

Pros:

1) They are honest when it comes handling our money. Their bonus terms are easily understood, and best of all, they pay when you win!

2) Their customer service is better than 99% of the casinos out there.

3) Their slots are unique.

4) They have free tourneys for the under-funded player, where you can win real money.

5) They are pretty liberal in giving comped bonuses if they are deserved.

Cons:

1) Limited slot selection. Is one new game a month too much to ask for?

2) Most of the slots are b-o-r-i-n-g. The pre-determined bonus rounds of Squirrel Pike and Medival Moohlah come to mind as excessively irrelevant. Super suits is not fun at all except when the bonus round is (finally) awarded.

3) The card games play out as if they not random at all; I've seen way too many "unusual" patterns when it comes to the deal in card-based games. Texas Hold-em in particular seems pre-determined in the house's favor; my 3-of-a-kind losing to a straight or flush on the river happens way, way, way, too much!

4) Worst of all, all of the games that I have played there are unusually streaky. Yes, a big win does come along here and there - but a long run of losing, wiping out your bankroll in the process, is all too common.

5) And finally, yes, the new bonus system stinks. Hey Enzo, I got something for you to scratch, too (just kidding).

All-in-all, I would currently rate them a 5.5 (out of 10) when it comes to what a casino SHOULD be (as opposed to rating them against their competition, where they would score higher, maybe a 8.5 or so). Perhaps a few more of you will agree now that we all have had a little more time to evaluate the casino in a thorough manner.

I have been playing at 3dice for a about a month. I am about 2.5k down mainly playing that super suits slot or whatever it is called. Pretty poor payer to be honest.

Anyway, I received my first 'loyalty' bonus yesterday. In the email it said I had won a 25.00 scratchard. I thought what a load of shite anyway, as 25.00 compared to my current losses is minimal. However, I still decided to visit the cashier expecting to find the 25.00 there and it just turns out to be a poncey losing scratchcard that I could have won 25.00 on.

OMG - what a stinker. They may as well have just slapped me in the face instead!!!

What a complete and utter waste of time.

NOT the way to go 3dice.

I like them. I think all online casinos tend to be streaky. The rng seems to be no different than the one on microgaming or playtech. The games I've played have been fair in my opinion. But I have however mainly played the table games and video pokers.

My experience with the slots wasnt that good. They all seem to be high variance. Which means you can lose big on them but if their paying out can win big. I think they could do with some low/medium variance slots, and basic 3 line slots. To reach a greater amount of slot players. The slot selection isnt that great... But I'm sure they will improve on this. I mean software like microgaming has been around for years and had loads of time to expand on their library of slots. 3dice only started a couple of years ago... So i guess in years to come their slots will be much more varied and better.

I'm no expert but the games seem to be fair in my opinion. Believe me I've had far worse experiences playing microgaming, playtech and RTg.

I've been playing at 3dice a fair bit this week and done ok playing blackjack and videopoker - made 3 withdrawals... Not for large amounts as I tend to cashout as I win... (Cause losing streaks are inevitable. I find it is a good idea to bag your winnings whilst playing.) The instant cashout is nice because it prevents you from reversing your withdrawal when you do hit the losing streak.

I can't agree with the harsh criticisms of 3dice though, I think it is an excellent casino. I don't think it is rigged at all. The games all seem to play fairly to me.

Microgaming and playtech often produce bizarre results. For example. Today I was playing blackjack in a microgaming casino and the dealer got 3 blackjacks in a row. Then about 2 hands later I got a blackjack only to discover the dealer also had a blackjack and it was a push. That to me is well dodgy. I have had similar experiences with playtech. I think it must be something to do with Rngs... I don't think they're perfect. And wierd results do tend to happen sometimes.

I have lost far more in other casinos.

One more thing that is nice about 3dice. It is really refreshing not to be playing in another microgaming or playtech clone.

Their support is also excellent.

Think we're lucky to have them...

I didnt win on this scratch card either.
I won on the last one
I lost on the before that

My personal feeling on the scratch cards is that I don't really care for them either. I think what they should do is make everyone a winner and not call them $25 scratch cards. I think they should just call them scratch cards and have different amounts on them if they want to reward their players for being loyal. Maybe instead of one person winning $25 and 2 others losing, perhaps they could have 2 $10 winners and a $5 winner. I wouldnt mind that on top of the other offers they give. Its better than losing on that scratch card everytime. It gives more people a chance at winning something.

They announce the day your going to get the scratch card like its a big deal, you look FORWARD to it as a bonus for your play there.

To have it snatched away in one quick second is too much for me. I will uninstall the casino very soon, and by very soon I mean VERY soon. I just opened up the casino but then clicked it off, I'll go play at inet instead.

Give me a bonus I can use, not a bonus that I can get this upset over. If all my play there is worth a one second loss then I surely will play elsewhere.

I would rather get no bonus at all than to look forward to disappointment.

So what is the point of a loyalty bonus if it does not inspire loyalty

Rather cruel, wouldn't you say especially when it is supposed to be for loyalty and you get squat for depositing and being loyal? Nice way to thank the players....:eek2:

I have never deposited at 3dice and do not plan on doing so. Reasoning;

1. Terrible pays. Super suits normal play is absolutely horrendous, and when you get a bad bonus, it has been a gigantic waste of money. FF is great if you get 5 butterflies... terrible otherwise. Industria provided 0 interest.

2. Slow updates. Enzo told me after Industria the new slot he showed me would be out in a couple weeks. It's been two months. I'm not going to sit around and wait anymore.

3. It's glitchy for me. Constant disconnects/auto-reconnects screw up my computer.

4. Streaky isn't even the word. I've never gotten 5 symbols on squirrel pike. Never gotten 5 butterflies on FF. Never gotten the top prize in medival moolah.

5. Some fun slots, some terrible bonus pays. Medival Moolah is frustrating. Playing Squirrel Pike with a laptop is torture. I could go on.

As of 4:12am, EST, on Friday August 22nd.. I have uninstalled 3dice.

When I get home from work on Fridays I usually play

When I get home today I am going to remove it, my small voice can not be heard.

I agree - its really frustating to think - oh cool I get $10 ( email ) only 2 scratch and not win both times I have ever been offered the card.

Its gone.

I will not ever reinstall that program

Sometimes its for the best, now I do not have to worry about it.

I think I will save money in the long run as sometimes I made a QT deposit just to play there. My card works elsewhere. Those fee's will also leave.

Any one else not able to get thier scratchcard until the first of Sept?

LOL... I am just wondering...

Is there anyone else here who "is not eligible" to receive their scratch card until September 1st??

I will only be receiving a "$5 scratch card" ... But when mine was not in the cashier section like all of you guys yesterday I asked live support. And That was their explanation which IMO is just a stall technique.

I have not made one deposit there since that day that I stated I would not make any deposits. So IF I can not get mine until the 1st of the month chances are my level will drop dramatically and quite possibly to the point where I am not eligible for one at all because my "level" will be too low. At least that is what I understand of the new vip level/bonus system

How many times do we have to go thru the same thing?

I'm not sure if anyone here has heard of something called a "lottery ticket." It's normally a piece of paper with a bunch of numbers printed on it and you wait a little bit to see if your numbers match. If they do, you win.

There's also another thing (again, not sure if people here have heard of it) called an "instant ticket" or "scratch-off ticket." It's just like a "lottery ticket", but you don't have to wait for a drawing to find out if you won. You scratch it, go thru what it tells you to do, and then determine by what's on the ticket if you have won or not.

Both of these games are based on 100% PURE LUCK. THE EXACT SAME PRINCIPLE applies to the 3Dice scratch cards. Just because its not a guaranteed win doesn't mean that people should look down on them saying their new system sucks. Boo hoo hoo.

Anyone who can name me one lottery that gives away tickets to its customers for doing nothing more than playing loyally with them, I will eat my words.

If you don't like the scratchcards, then don't play them. There are plenty of other people out there who would take a chance for free of hitting free money by being a loyal customer.

Bottom line: A casino is like a box of chocolates - you NEVER KNOW what you're gonna get. If you're lactose-intolerant, don't eat the chocolate. If you're too sensitive that you lost out on something that wasn't a guaranteed win in the first place, don't gamble.

Oh, ok dude............so if you are disappointed in the outcome of your ticket you aren't allowed to share that disappointment? And if your "box of chocolates" has maggots, then oh well? IMO gamblers know better than to expect guaranteed wins..........that would be stoopid.........but when something is called a "loyalty bonus" it kinda makes you think it's gonna be worth something......maybe it should be called a pile of crap. That would give you some idea that it is worthless (except to flies and other varmits) JMO

Oh, ok dude............so if you are disappointed in the outcome of your ticket you aren't allowed to share that disappointment?

I'm not saying that... Just that so much IMO "whining" has gone on and on about this ad nauseam that it's making me ill. People need to understand that it is only a CHANCE to win, and not a guarantee. People closing their accounts and crying inconsolably over 2 clicks of a mouse is somewhat odd... IMO they should have never started gambling in the first place.

IMO gamblers know better than to expect guaranteed wins..........that would be stoopid..........

It seems quite the contrary to me. Everyone is going on and on about how sick they are about their scratch card not winning that the lay person would think that they are "stoopid" for thinking it is a guaranteed win.

but when something is called a "loyalty bonus" it kinda makes you think it's gonna be worth something.....

Any gambler in their right mind should know that even $20 (or more) given as a loyalty bonus doesn't usually last very long... but you don't hear people complaining about it when they lost that, do you?

Nope......that's worth $20:D whereas a pile of crap...............

A worthwhile bonus for loyalty is one thing...............a chance at a loyalty bonus is totally another. Who knows that this so-called loyalty bonus was just the straw that some players needed to quit playing at 3Dice all-together?
