Casino Complaint 3Dice Game Stat Logs ??

I personally think that we should all bow down and praise the almighty Enzo for keeping his software truly honest and offering us such great odds on winning there and also most importantly for being so prompt when we request of him to please forward our gaming logs to us thru both email and also private message here and now strangely enough four days later I have not even heard a response from the man regarding my request and I do know for a fact that he received it....He's been on this forum everyday since I sent the request to him...

Maybe it is taking some time to get this info into presentable format...huh

Why has this been the case anytime anyone has ever requested this from 3Dice casino ?? Seems to me it would be as simple as emailing a copy of your play stats by means of an excel spreadsheet almost immediately but I guess I am simply over simplifying things...:rolleyes:

I haven't said anything at all about this, waiting on Enzo to respond to my request via email or the one I sent here via private message...so what's up with receiving a copy of my play logs that I requested Enzo ?? Why even no response at all from you regarding my request ??

Is there perhaps some sort of pattern in my play stats that you do not want me to see ??

This post could have been avoided here if you had of only responded to my request, but you couldn't even bother yourself to do that ??

Is this the way long time loyal customers to your casino should expect to be treated from you regarding this type of request...that you cannot even take the time to respond ??

Okay granted, two days were a weekend.....but still. It shouldn't be too difficult a request to comply with.

Yes and it is strange indeed that Enzo avoids even responding to my request...Karen even sent me back an email Saturday saying that she would personally forward my email on to Enzo and I have still yet to hear anything from him !!

What is really shocking to me is the fact that Enzo has not even had the courtesy of acknowledging my request...:mad:

Yep, asked a few times through the forum and through 3dice..nothing, nada, zilch...I asked about the blackjack decks...too..nothing there either..strange, you would think if they are on the up and up, they wouldn't mind telling how many decks etc..but there again, nothing for over a month now..ahh well...:eek:

I want to also know how many others here have requested their game logs and never received them and if they did finally receive them how long did it take and why was there such a delay in getting them if like silcnlayc says they are on the up and up !!

This type of behavior does not seem to me to be worthy of an accredited casino confirmation IMO...:eek2:
 
well I have not requested mine because I
uninstalled them a long time ago sad sad indeed
some 1 told ya'll that in 1yr they would bet $1000
that people would be upset with 3Dice but
I guess that is when it was tweaked for certain
people to win an ya'll didn't have time to listen

but I am sure when he gets around to it
if he does he will throw ya a little sumtin sumtin
to keep ya happy till the vacume gets turned back on

Back on topic......... I have been one of the most fervent supporters of 3dice in the past, but I just can't dismiss the silence of Enzo and 3dice for not getting an audit and giving play stats when requested, especially by a large depositor like you.

I hope that Enzo responds to this soon as I may be losing my faith in playing there.

Thanks Mercy, but I'm probably not one of the larger depositors there since I have only deposited somewhere in the neighborhood of $16K in the past year but still $16k I think is still a s**t load of money in most folks book, and I too have been one of the most fervent supporters of 3dice in the past but my attitude is changing daily due to everything I've seen, heard and recorded regarding my play and others there over the past several months...
 
this does need your attention now enzo, i think rob has waited long enough for his stats and as a loyal player and supporter of 3 dice in the past, rob isnt asking too much imo, it cant be that hard, can it? he has always defended and respected you and the casino in the past and now you and the casino should give him the same in return........................laurie

Can I ask a question? This is something that I meant to ask earlier. If you want your stats why cant you get them in history and print them out? Or do you mean something different. All of my pages of deposits/gifts/loyalty/withdrawls are in there. Cant you just do it yourself , this way youll know nothing was cooked up too

They're talking about game stats, not banking..

I received stats for my Slots play many months ago, and from what I understand, the IT team has to manually get them for you. It took 2+ weeks to get them.

I never did receive my logs for Blackjack play.

I got them, almost wished I had not!!!....One day!!

Don't give up (only the initial 12 days of emails, imagine thereafter as well as the other means of communication, LOLOL):rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Damn Win, I actually thought that you had received them...what the hell is going on here at 3Dice that you or I or anyone else cannot gain access to a simple spreadsheet of our play stats ?? Something does not quite sound right about all this...:rolleyes:

I do not mind telling you at least as of December 2007 before I closed my account!!

Really weird IMHO that you have to request at all your own play logs and stats, especially when in other popular and accredited casinos these are easily accessible for a player from his own account's interface. Requesting AND not getting the same is even worse, and not even being ackonolwedged is what adds insult to injury. I've been there, done that. :rolleyes:

Looks like as soon as you ask inconvenient questions, that super-efficient super-friendly '3Dice Customer Service' goes AWOL and stops responding to emails... If you confront them in public though, they'd claim they never received those emails... sorry if I sound bitter, but I sure am - have every right to be
 
Well, personally I have never encountered a problem with getting stats from 3Dice, but I have to ask for them, and take their word for it.

I'd love to have logs available to review my play...what was my max balance, how much did I spend on this game, when I took that phone call from my kid, what was that hit for 22.99? Not because I think the casino was cheating me, but to review my play and play patterns. Knowledge is power.

They have this info...support staff has always been very helpful providing it, but then again you are relying on their counting skills. If they have it available for staff, I see no reason it should not be available for the players. I don't need anything complex, like reel shots, just a simple KingKingWildScatterScatter kind of notation would be fine.

Enzo, if you are listening, players would like player logs.
