I added up my history with 3D, it was a lot of small transactions but I think I am very close. I started playing on april 23 with a $50 deposit and my last deposit was Nov.15.

In all I deposited $1300 and received a $25 bonus twice in 7 months. I had $1555 in withdrawals in that time frame.

Not a high roller by any means. But all in all I have no complaints about 3D. I had a few unlucky streaks but I also had a few lucky streaks.

I am not looking for a prez, because I consider being ahead present enough. I won over $800 on a $25 birthday bonus in November and that was a great present!

I will be back in 3D when I decide to start depositing again. The numbers tell me I was treated fairly by enzo and company.

I like to play paigow poker but when I get Kings the dealer gets aces and when I get Jacks the dealer gets queens as if they were like the culprit at Absolute Poker and can see hole cards

Ok im reading this threads about 3dice i have played on and off there for a while now and have refrained to get into the debate of whether it is a good or bad casino.

So after seeing people moaning on here about how they lost at a casino and then claim that the casino only rewards there high rollers i have been a low roller there and have had numerous bonuses which is a lot more than any other casinos i deposit at.

Secondly the withdrawals have always went smooth and are in my account immediately this is a huge thing to me as nothing annoys me more than casinos having your money pending then hoping you reverse your withdrawals.

The support there is always instant on live chat no emailing over days to sort out any problems like other casinos i just dont see why people can knock this casino so much.

Now also they go the extra mile i have been having a problem with my pc and couldnt log onto the casino i work during the day so in the end enzo came on and spent the best part of and hour trying to get my pc sorted he did this working from home. Now remember this is the casino manager who will have a lot more things to do than help out a low roller like me.
I have never seen support like this and i have been gambling for years on the net at tons of casinos.

Now i hope by the fact that i have been not been a regular poster ( search for any posts by me if need be) and part of the supposed 3dice band that people reading this will take this as an unbiased view and realise how much far above most casinos 3dice is in regards to service and standards.

I can post all my transactions to verify i am a low roller and no whale getting prefferential treatment.

However, there are 2 trivial things that I want to mention in response to the post above. I have tried to use live chat on 2 occasions recently but no operator was available and I had to resort to email. As for withdrawals, they are not instant now. I had a small withdrawal pending which was not processed instantly and hours later I reversed it (and lost of course). Currently, I have one pending as well. No sweat as I wont reverse it this time.

Enzo and his staff defintely walk the extra mile to look after its customers and I have no gripes about that. However, 3Dice or any casino for that matter, must take scathing comments in its stride so that it can improve. I cannot think of any organisation that can be successful by just evading comments that it doesnt like to hear about. On this forum, Enzo has showed his mettle and his contributions are always valuable.

What us posters must learn is to respect others opinions and not belittle them. If you like to sing your praises, fine but just dont belittle those who speak ill of the casino when they have their genuine reasons for doing so. On the other hand, I am sick and tired of those who jump on anyone who has a kind word to say about a casino or its rep. Come on, kind words never hurt anyone. They have their good experiences so let them share. We are not in their shoes so who are we to say they are shills? Just my 2c.

There are casinos mentioned on this website that I've never had a problem with, yet others have.

What's probably best to do, is start postings with 'In my experience' or 'In my opinion'

I say that because you yourself start your posting with Enzo and his staff defintely walk the extra mile to look after its customers <<But that's only in your experience. It's possibly broad statements like that, that frustrate others because they have experienced the opposite.

I agree 100% that people are more than welcome to their own opinion about any casino, but the problem here, in MY opnion , is that a few people jump on every thread, bashing 3Dice, Enzo personally, and the players who play there, without ever bringing up a single real issue they had with the place or the people there, except for the fact that they lost money....duh!...I have a few places I could bash at least as much as 3Dice, for that....they simply bash, and as others have mentioned before ... that gets really old after a while.
If anyone has a real issue, they should bring that out in the open, so other players can actually form an opinion, and quite possibly have their issue solved (As I saw Enzo trying to do...but if you don't even know what the issue is, how the heck are you supposed to solve it ?)
So if you have an issue with 3Dice Jas, why not let everyone hear about it, or let it rest ?

Thanks to 3dice for the great christmas present. I have been a member for awhile and have not started to post until recently. I think there are alot of casinos people like and alot people do not. I think it is your money play where you like to play. In my case I love 3dice!! I have had many cashouts there that were sent to me in a US postal money order that I recieved in 1 to 2 days. The customer service is better than any casino I have played at. Sometimes I go through times were it seems like I have not cashed out in forever but the same for me with rtg and mg. I have made several deposits into rtg and have not even made enough to cashout. I gamble quite a bit online and in my experiance all platforms are streaky some run hot sometimes and cold other times. As a member of 3dice I have never had a casino go the extra mile for me like 3dice has. Once I was short 1 comp point that I needed to cash in I mentioned it in chat and bam a little no deposit bonus to get me there. I have never played at a casino who has done that for me. Also I was playing last night and out of the blue santa himself shoots across my screen and drops off a present of 30 bucks w/ no WR. again that has never happend to me anywhere else. Today I get home from work and a nice gift basket is waiting for me from 3dice. Not even a christmas email from anyone else other than a few match bonuses with 20-30x's wr's. So merry christmas to all and a big thanks to the people at 3dice.

I've only been a player half the year, and I have been very happy overall with being a 3Dice member. I joined just at the point the loyalty changed, so I did not see any "cutback" on what I got.

They have some nice fun planned for us over the holiday season, and since my Christmas visit with my daughter is over (damn in-laws, J/K, not like I was cooking), I very much look forward to a way to spend my day with some new friends I have made.

There is a new slot out, and I do like that.

You are right on all counts pmhcfc. Everyone can express their sentiments and convey their experiences, good or bad. However, we must also ensure that we protect posters who may not necessarily relay their encounters at a casino well or have views that are not in line with the mainstream opinions. So, as long as we remain level-headed and speak only of what we feel of the casinos without trampling on others, that's Okay.

Good post pm. Keep 'em coming. We need healthy debate here to make it the most interesting if not best forum on online gaming on the net.

Are you telling me this guy is freaking out over someone else winning a tourney that he was playing in? My God....welcome to my world. Any idea how many tournies I have lost in the last week....by $10 or $50 or whatever....and lost within the last minute...in one case I lost one within the last probably five seconds.

Hey Rob, just to answer your original ???, i got nada from 3dice even though i spent more with them throughout the year then i ever did, although it was much less then most peeps here i would guess but still it was alot for me but also i was not expecting anything because i do realize that even though my view is that i spent alot relativly speaking it was prolly not much in the bigger scheme of things so i will continue to play there and get the great service they offer and fast payouts and hope for big winnings next year...
