Especially at this time of year, it saddens me to see you so bitter. Why don't you give us the opportunity to help you by telling me exactly what it is that 3Dice did so wrong to you. My staff, and myself, will always do what we can to deliver the most optimal gaming experience, and we will go out of our way for all our customers, and that does include you Cindy !
I am certain that everyone here would rather see any potential issue resolved as opposed to stretched out without any real follow up given to it, so I'm hopeful that you'll meet me halfway and give me the opportunity to make a difference.
