thanks for the reply here. Problem is solved on my end, everything is now in cash balance. I understand from your reply the problems causing it. I was so frustrated at the time. Normally I should have sent an email to you or PM:ed you here. (I had a terrible week and lost a lot on different casinos, that's probably the reason I over reacted here, sorry.)

Opened up those two games and I can confirm I was in the middle of a free spin on Gladiator slot. It was only with a 9 cent bet and it seems like it continues in free spin mode now. It gave me $2.72 extra.

theoretically you should have to contend with around $81 in wagering to clear your 2.72 but it cant be done at 32red's end so nooo more wagering. good luck with your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Firstly, please let me apologise for this not being picked up earlier, the Easter holiday celebrations have interrupted my forum activity a little!

I have checked your account and, as others have suggested, I can confirm that you had games in play on Gladiator and also Multi-Player Wheel of Wealth. This confuses the bonus system, hence when you deposited, playthrough from your previous bonus was brought forward.

I'm sorry that this wasn't picked up by our Player Support Representative earlier, but it's not something that the team deal with too often, and as one of the newest recruits to the growing team - it's no doubt the first time Charlie has seen this particular problem. I have recredited the $15 to your cash balance.

I can see from your account that you haven't had the best run of luck this month, so I have also taken the liberty of boosting your balance a little to hopefully give you a better chance to turn your luck around.

The problem is that there is nothing in the lobby to tell a player this, and there are over 400 games in the casino!!

This can be more of a problem when tabbed play is in use, as I have found that some tabs will "crash out", whilst others will remain in play. Since the gameplay in tabs is not shown, it is possible that a tab will crash out during a free spins game, and a player would never know this, since the tab is gone, and only by reopening the game would they find the free spins.

I used tabs to play the slotsmeister, and I would set up all 5, but would find that 2 or 3 would crash out quickly, leaving only 2 running. This was indiscriminate, and free spins were sometimes left in play when a tab crashed out. Since I tended to play the same slots for the slotsmeister, I would discover the trapped bonus round the next time I set up the tabs for another run.

Now, I have a different problem. As soon as a game is minimised in a tab, it just stops running in an eternal pause, and only when that tab is brough to the front does the game leave the pause and start running again. I have had games on autoplay for the best part of an hour in a tab, but when I have checked, it has barely done 5 spins, whereas the game in front has gone over 1000 spins.

I haven't really bothered with the slotsmeister since this problem started.
 
I'm very disappointed with the moderator's comment earlier (not helpful and very condescending). Shame on you and the horse you rode in on...the members expect better from you.

Please feel free to PM me what exactly you have a problem with here. Before you do you might want to take note of the fact that I simply informed the OP of our policies regarding deletions. How that translates to a "Shame on you" is beyond me. :confused:
