Rather than posting about 32RED, I'd prefer to be back playing at my fav haunt -
having again this month been blown away by the modest but continuous good fortune.
27 deposits - 13 cashouts? OY,oy,OY:D

But anyhow, Club Rouge players, others - comfortably aboard 32RED, whose crew keeps improving this monument to greatness in the online Casino world...
Thanks Theresa (Teresa?) for helping me sort through today's confusion with the New Years Day promo

This info might help players trying to make sense of the weird Dish of the Day offer :)
Deposited 100 only to find it had nothing to do with an EMAILED offer of "free spins" running next 10 days.
Dish offer is DIFFERENT altogether!!!
Just 40 "ordinary" spins in return for your 100 credits deposit.
Theresa fixed it for me, allowing me to deposit and then withdraw, after exploring what it represented and how much it was worth.
Learn from me shipmates.
Do the $40 opt in, take the 10 day/100 spins offer. Not the $100 with its 40 regular spins ...worth $8(???)
Phone support if that's still not clear...
OK?

Yes, it is confusing.
TBH I think it's a waste of time as effectively it's a 8%-20% bonus depending on what the FS return and whether you deposit 40 or 100.

10 spins a day worth 2 quid and with a WR of 35x for the results is poor compared to taking DotD if you are a daily depositor.

20 quid's worth of spins over 10 days with 35x WR is hardly an incentive for 10 consecutive deposits.

If you are still getting a daily DotD offer on top then ignore my remarks (I can't open the Viper to check!)

When I deposited £60 I had an offer for a £100 deposit to get 20 free games which I didn't take. Just logged in and it's switched around 100 free games for a £20 deposit.

Looks like a mistake, I have a small withdrawal pending off £123

Played right round the block this morning, ended up pulling off the extra 5 games on DOA for 900 X that put me ahead overall.

Happy new Year. :)

There's only the deposit £20 for 100 spins on the browser version, no DOTD

I don't see the logic in this promo, from 32Red's point of veiw

in order to get the full potential, you take the 10 spins every day for 10 days, saving the winnings up to play through on the last day.
Which prevents you from making a deposit or even playing for 10 days, because your deposit would then be tied up to the wagering of whatever you'd won from the free spins up to that point

That is 32RED jumping on the "deposit tied FS" bandwagon :what:

It might have made the round in the industry that these kind of promo is attracting a lot of punters and 32RED trying to take a piece of the pie as you would do with any other business.

Don't like it personally and i won't deposit at 32RED until the Flash issue for W10 is sorted :p

Hi guys,

Apologies for the confusion there was an error in the display of the offer in the lobby. The offer is deposit £20 get 100 free spins (at up to 40p each) for normal level players and deposit £40 get 100 spins (at up to 80p each) for Club Rouge. The lobby was showing this the wrong way round.

Regards
Mark

It's worse than this!

I deposited £100 for 40 spins and only got 10 on Avalon. However, if I open Immortal Romance there is a free spin offer that doesn't work as there is no actual number of free spins, it just says I have free spins. When I accept, it opens the game in free spin mode, but all the buttons are dead. When I close the game it says I won £1.60 in the free spins, but this is what I won from the Avalon free spins earlier.

It seems that somehow the free spins credited on Avalon have buggered up IR so that it always opens with "0 free spins" as a promotion.

I am, of course, only able to get even this far because I took the plunge and downgraded from Flash 20 so that Viper would work again.

I can find no sign of the alternate offer, the deposit for free spins over 10 consecutive days, which is causing the confusion. All I have is the email for it.

Fortunately, in 5 hours time the 20K tournament starts, and with sscrabble declaring that he would not risk his PC by downgrading Flash, this could be the easiest 20K we have had for some while:D

As for the Slotsmeister, the prize tomorrow is worth 60 continues (I am second), and no point posting my bonus prize today anyway as it's a bank holiday;)

The 10 free games is correct as it's 10 per day for 10 days. It shouldn't be breaking the other games though so I will get this checked out. Thanks for letting me know.

This is where the confusion sets in. The offer was "Deposit £100 get 40 free spins", which is a different offer to the 100 free spins spread over 10 days.

The other problem is how on earth does a player find out each day which game hosts their free spins - there is no slider message saying where they are, I was just guessing and opened a couple of the slots that are usually used before finding 10 free spins waiting on Avalon.

There is a choice of 4 games advertised from which players can choose their FS for that day

* Avalon
* Immortal Romance
* Bridesmaids
* Terminator 2

Normal players - £20 deposit (today) gets 10FS x 10 days @ 0.01p coin value.

Club Rouge - £40 Deposit (today) gets 10 FS x 10 days @ 0.02p coin value.

Whichever game you open from the 4 above first will display the 10 FS at the start of the day, If the player changes their minds and closes game without playing the FS and opens up another game from the list the 10 FS will then show in that game.

This is how I have understood things from the e-mail received on 30/12/2015 and how things have worked with this type of promotion in the past.

I cannot however account for 'gremlins'

I explained the error on the display above, sorry for the confusion.

Apologies I thought you said you had got the email? Here are details of the offer as explained on the site:

Edit: sorry posted the same time as Jon. Thanks mate.

Technically you *should* be able to play the free spins across all the games, 5 on 2 slots, 4 on one 6 on the other etc.

Which slot are the spins on? I deposited and opted in but on my mobile. Couldn't see what the spins were on. Thanks

When is this WIN 10 flash nonsense going to be sorted? I'd like to actually SEE the offer on the site.....

I did get the e-mail though.

I think I prefer the good old reliable 32red DotD......

I had the email, but I could not access the promotion from within the lobby to check which games would have the spins. It was presented in place of Dish of the Day, and in error said I had to deposit £100 for just 40 free games.

The problem I have with IM is probably something to do with the fact that the 10 spins can be split between the games. I played all 10 on Avalon, so I have none left. Bridesmaids opens up straight into play for real mode, but it's IM that opens into free spin promotion mode for zero free spins, and has to be closed again before it can be played for real, during which it shows me how much I won on Avalon.

It seems that the problem is that the promotion does not clear from IM once all the free spins have been played, but it does clear from the other games.

Presumably, 10 free spins will arrive each day for the next 9 days, and can be played on any of these 4 games, or shared between them.

From the wording - I am assuming we will have to deposit every day to get the ten games ? -- It says get 10 free games when you deposit - not get 100 games. Is this £8 worth of free games a day going to be as well as the DOTD - or instead of ?

32red is fine now on my computer - so I will be able to enter the tournament --- but why Vinyl thinks I will be competition ? - I have been averaging less than 90% rtp over the last few months - as low as 60% on one ! It is Zippy and MrB doing all the winning.

A one off deposit (today) will secure the full 100 Free Spins

They are then distributed 10 a day for the next 10 days.

In you case (Club Rouge??) Bridesmaids is the best deal. 10 FS x 0.80p per spin = £8.00 x 10 days!!

Total of £80.00 worth collectively (or £40 for low rollers etc)

*Info based on Bridesmaids slot, personally I prefer IR despite the lower value of the 'deal'

It's loaded, I don't seem to be able to get the really big hits when it matters, not even with 999 continues.

There was no "other" dish of the day today, so I would expect today's deposit to cover all 10 days, with a regular Dish to sample tomorrow. It's easy to check, open one of the games tomorrow before depositing, and if the 10 free spins are there it proves that today's deposit covers all 10 days. If they are not there, it still leaves time to make a deposit and get them.

With a quick bodge having been rolled out by MGS, it seems it won't be the expected easy ride for the tournament, unless most of the serious competition has been fooled into upgrading to Windows 10:D

I have "Windows 7 Professional" on my Viper gaming PC, which seems to mean that unlike most, I will be able to control some aspects of Windows Update should such a screw up happen in future. It seems that because of my chosen OS years ago, Microsoft treat me as a "business user", and understand that business users need to be able to roll back anything that shuts down their office IT systems immediately, rather than twiddle their thumbs whilst Microsoft investigate the problem and release a patch.

Ok - so I won £10.28 on my free spins - I am not sure - but is it not the case that you have to clear one bonus before you claim the next ? --- so I will have to play that off before I claim a DOTD tomorrow ? -- and if I do play it off - £300 of play clears the £10 - but does it not round bonuses to £5 or £10 - so to clear the 28p I would have to play £150 or £300 worth of games ?

....or lose the lot and have a zero balance before taking tomorrow's Dish - this was my tactic anyway:oops:

Yes its a bit of a mess. When I logged on in the early hours today the offer was showing the DOTD of 20% up to £100. I thought this unusual, but deposited. Obviously there was no bonus added so I spoke to a helpful CS guy who said there was an error and explained that it was the free spins offer. He also said that in 5 years working there it's the first time he's seen anything like this and players were calling in confused, like me.

He couldn't say if the usual DOTD would be back tomorrow as they see the offers only as soon as we do, but I personally hope normality will be resumed as I do like 32Red and particularly the DOTD!
