@ 32 red : i played, i lost, i'm not happy.

32Red is an multi-award winning casino reviewed by Casinomeister
Mate, we all have shocking runs at places. Me, I can't seem to win at all this year but had a great year last year at 32Red. 32Red wins awards because of their professional service, fast and reliable pay-outs and great customer service. The rest is called GAMBLING and comes with it's ups and (a lot more) downs. If you can't pay, don't play!

Dont gamble I guess. That site ran me so bad it made me hate gambling. I havent played an online casino in months but Im also smart enough to know I am the one that willingly gambled. They didnt make me do it. The only complaint I really have that is warranted is their disconnection problems.

It can be very frustrating but if you cant handle the emotions I suggest you quit all together because if youre looking for big wins often, its just not going to happen. If casinos were designed to let everyone hit, they would be out of business. You take the risk so be ready for whatever outcome

the awards are definately not about profits.
deposited several times, not even close to winnings of any kind.
heared this from more people. BS casino. dont waste your money here

Thats definitely sad to hear. I'm a US player so I don't get to play at those casinos anyway, but I always held
out hope that I would one day get to try that casino. I have heard that those casinos are so much better. Well if even what is
considered the best in online casinos has serious complaints than perhaps online casinos are no different than land based casinos.
Shame.

It's amazing to see how much your attitudes have changed since you arrived at CM Jennifer.

Time away from the madness and chaos of continuous gambling allows one to regain a sense of clarity.

Kudos to you :)

Well, if you lose 100, someone else will win 80 and 32red will take 20 or whatever. This is the reason why I stoped gambling at all. I will not fund other peoples winnings and sportscars for the casino operators. Its my own money that I will just spend for my own pleasures.

You have said before that you need to stop gambling. I really hope you have made it now.
Good luck if that's the case:thumbsup:

My last several deposits have been hoovered up at 32Red as well but this is no different than any other casino you may happen to choose to play at. It happens at them ALL. Be patient, everything is swings and roundabouts. Ive had some amazing runs at 32Red in the past and ive had some long hard dry spells. As others have pointed out its called gambling.
What seperates 32Red from the rest is that your treated as a person, not just a number or a logon. Their customer service is unrivalled, the staff amazingly helpful and friendly and their always willing to be part of the community. Their approachable at all times no matter the issue. Their cash outs time are good and you know your money and your winnings are safe with them. Theres a reason their the casino of the decade but anyone who deposits and expects to win more times than they lose is seriously a marble short of a full set. This is applicable to every casino across every platform in every country in the world. If you dont like losing dont play.

You will not get much support from the 32Red lovers ,but I agree and there bonuses are lousy
Yes I agree, they're terrible.
I mean they ask you to wager 30 times through the bonus chips ONLY, and then they are cashable!
Nothing like RTGs & Playtechs where it is usually Deposit + Bonus at least 25 times through, and phantom (bonus chips removed on cash-out).

And just look at the contribution %'s of the games for Club Rouge members - it's criminal!

Hi guys .... I am back!!! ... Sorry have been in and out and haven't been able to update my posts/threads .... Which I will because I still have a thing to do ... Haven't forgotten :)

Ok, now back to the post!!! ... I have been playing 32red constantly for the last 2-3 months , deposit between 200-500 each week as I am not stationary at one place for a long time to go hard as my usual deposit ... All losses... BUT .... And it is a BIG BUT! (like Kim kardashian) ... The thing that makes 32red standout ... Personal interaction with great reps ... I must say Pat has been brilliant with me ... There way of doing business .... Transparency ... Respect .... The list goes on.

So, to the OP ... Mate, casinos aren't good and bad based on how much you lose but their character and how they service their clients. So to explain to you in short ... If I am losing money, which is not in control of the casino as they don't really sit behind every single click you push to purposefully give you bad returns, I would go with the one that has impeccable service.

Try some other ones and you shall see the difference. I was turned around myself. I think I have put it nicely enough :)

I'm pretty new to online gambling. I thought that 32red should be good since everyone praise it to the skies. Sure, you don't win all the time, then it wouldn't be gambling. But the biggest problem with 32red, and the reason i stopped using them is the worthless software.

Sure, my computer is a couple of years old, but no other client takes so much CPU power that 32red does, and even so, the flash animations is often painfully slow so i wish i don't get to a bonus games, it just take so long time to finish.
But the absolutely worst thing is the downloading in the background of games i don't even play. I had to reinstall the client every 2-3 days because it had downloaded 4-5Gb of data and filling up my C: drive.

The only reason i would use such a bad client was if i won a couple of hundreds every day. There is so many other online sites, why waste time with 32red and their bad software?

The software is pretty bad, for starters it insists on background downloading over 10GB of data to a hidden directory on your system drive, which even uninstalling every MG casino off your PC doesn't delete (just in case you ever decide to go back I guess....), it's buggy and crashy as well, and considering how graphically basic it is in the main, it chugs a surprising amount too.

You just have to let the casino client finish downloading the 10GB+ that it wants to, and then it'll stop doing it, until one of the random updates whereby it decides it wants to amend every single file for every single game that it's previously downloaded.....

I do still play MG, but the flakiness of the Viper client these days is pretty poor.

The software when fully installed doesn't take more than 95-100 mb so i can't understand what you've done.
Ah, yes I do, you said yourself you reinstalled. MG software is the same download at all MG casinos, 32red should be no different.
Some antivirus don't like MG software it as it is intrusive and hard to remove. What you need to do is start afresh.

Find your folder in: local disc C 'microgaming' (don't simply uninstall using their uninstaller it leaves most of it there) and open it. It will have a list of any MG casinos you have downloaded. Open the folder for EACH casino and hold down and highlight ALL files in the list and DELETE. You'll see after each '95mb removed' or near enough. Do this for each casino you want to remove, and search for and remove all shortcuts. Your PC will be almost clear of MG except you'll find a list of them in your I.E. add-ons still. These are tiny files and don't need removing, and they are b*stards to remove anyway on IE8+ so ignore - just make sure they are all DISABLED.

Run youR crapcleaner program or empty recycle bin then redownload the casino - it will know your username by the machine code of your PC so don't worry about that.

So, now you've cleared all the old MG files out, and disabled casino add-ons on your IE, you will only have the MG casino you need. It should run faster now.

MG casinos are the herpes of the online PC gaming world, but 32red is no different from the others so I don't know why you single them out.

You're forgetting the main culprit when it comes to MG casinos, the hidden 'MGS' folder as shown in the screenshot below.

This grows to over 10GB and is common across all MG casinos installed on your PC, each unique MG casino adds around 100MB to this total.

I'd never noticed in the past, it was only when I put a 128GB SSD in my PC, and noticed that a couple of days after installing an MG casino, over 10GB of space had disappeared, that I realised what it was doing.

It's this MGS folder that will NEVER be removed by the MG uninstallers, even when you uninstall the last MG casino on a PC.

Poor form IMO.

Well, if YOU win 80 then someone else must lose the 100 conversely....that's gambling.

Yes, there are many empires built with the gold of fools, I can accept that point, and if you feel foolish, as your post infers, for losing too much in the past then I hope that helps motivate you in staying away as you intend to. Good luck.:)

How much does it cost to get into that club?

Yes, thanks for pointing that out, I did indeed omit that bit but was aware of it and indeed found this when I cleaned up my old laptop pre-sale. It contains a history of all your play and jpegs of your plays among other things as far as I remember, similar to those you can bring up from MG's game report system. people don't realise they store them not the server.
ps. this disc space wouldn't usually slow the games down, as the CPU use is usually connected to available RAM or RAM capacity. I have a new clean high-spec laptop and occasionally even i get the the warning of high CPU usage on bonus rounds like the OP does. Like you say it's an unfortunate MG feature.

I suppose you have windows7 because I don't recognize it. I have Vista on my computer. No problem with any space but does anyone know where I can find that data?

Not sure about Vista, but if the folder is still called the same, then searching for 'MGS' on your C drive should find it.

Thanks I found it!
But I had five MG's downloaded last week and removed them all. Only Golden Lounge I had to take away its folder manually, but not the rest.
Today I downloaded two of them again. Only played the free tournaments. I have the normal folders, and I found that with cache when I searched.
It was empty so I don't think it store anything when you remove the casinos. In that case it should have been full since I had the casinos downloaded last week.

It's by invitation only.

No requirements I.e. it is not based on deposits primarily. You just need to be a loyal player and wait for the email.

Other casinos could learn from 32Red in a big way.

Not only casinos but players who choose to bash 32RED without any valid reasons. When will people learn that bashing a highly-regarded casino without strong reasons will have just the opposite effect ie leading to their supporters coming out in droves.

Well, I know 32Red is quite popular here, but this is still my opinion and experience. The support and casino aren't bad but I still find them rather curt at times, tonight included. I certainly don't get the warm fuzzies in live chat and it does put me off a bit.

Aren`t bad!!!, cast your mind back a few months ago when a forum regular whom is confined to a wheelchair had his house burgled, and the thieving little bastards stole his TV, the lot, 32Red sent him a brand new TV to help cushion the blow, so, bearing in mind this is what the "Mediocre" of casino`s CS do as a show of compassion, let`s hear what those do whom you obviously rate better than 32Red.

I could mention the personally sent Xmas time emails wishing you a happy Xmas/New Year etc, with the details of a real cash, no strings attached, bonus they had given to many of their regular players, or I could mention the ongoing monthly cash competition which most of the prizes are real cash that they give to casinomeister members every single month, or the random free to enter slot tourneys they do at certain times of the year which have no continues/rebuys so the rich and wealthy cannot dominate them.

Seriously, i`m all ears, and eagerly await your reply regarding those you hold to a higher esteem, and more importantly....why?.

Oh yeah, giving that television was real class:) I couldn't believe they did that. I don't know of many other businesses (or other casinos) that would go out of their way like that.
