And there may be other RTG casinos who have recently decided to charge a $20 processing fee when withdrawing via Bitcoin.. WTF?

Depositing and withdrawing via Bitcoin should be rewarded and embraced by any online casino.

By using Bitcoin as a method to deposit or withdraw, I can only imagine this SAVES a casino money
and is a lot less risky in terms of charge backs. Why penalize me by making me pay $20 to withdraw
via Bitcoin?

Bullshit.

Yeah I agree. Ever since bitcoin sending fees skyrocketed some casinos are passing the cost to players withdrawing. Still not bad in comparison to other withdrawal options. Lets hope it stays at $20.

Wow. Did not know that. Casinos Extreme and Brango don't charge for withdrawals, and they are as close to instant as it gets for US players.

Hi X-Raided,

The withdrawal fee for Bitcoin was added recently, because of a change with our service provider. However the fee is the lowest possible to avoid adding anything extra for our players, and it is still one of our quickest and lowest fee options available!

Kind regards,

Yasmeen

Hi Yasmeen!

You've helped me out tremendously over the years and I have nothing but the highest respect for you. I also know that
you don't set the prices yourself at J.C.

That said, I reject the $20 processing fee when withdrawing via Bitcoin and find it greedy that it was imposed. Perhaps this is
because of the fact that any other online casino that I've played at has ZERO fees when withdrawing via bitcoin.

I've never asked any casino that I've deposited at to reimburse any fees from purchasing and sending Bitcoin to their establishment...
So why ask me to pay up to get my money out? I'm sure you can see the disconnect here.

I've also grown tired of casinos blaming their processors.. Just find a better processor.

Please remove the fee and follow suit with your competitors and I'll eventually come back.

I hope you have a good Easter Holiday and I hope all is great with you Yasmeen!

Cheers!

Hi X-Raided,

Thanks for your message and your feedback. After checking further we've found another option to offer bitcoin again without fees.

You'll see this updated in the casino. Hope you had a great Easter holiday!

Kind regards,

Yasmeen
