I have just heard from the rep today -- had been away a while on an emergency medical leave -- and been promised they'll set things right over the coming days. I know her well and I do trust her to do the best she can.

The person I chatted with seemed incredulous that I had waited this long with no action on my withdrawal. He said he would escalate it and that I should hopefully hear something by the end of the week. Now, he seemed very sincere and I want to believe him but that word "hopefully" sets my teeth on edge and quite frankly I think it's just another ploy to keep me waiting. If this were a couple hundred dollars I'd say forget it - I'm wasting too much time checking my account, checking my email, etc. But it's $2300 and that's not pocket change to me. It's a large sum of money that I won fair and square and I want it. Nobody has even so much as looked at it, except the people on chat who have to in order to make me believe they care.

I haven't seen anyone post anything in a while so does that mean you got paid? Have you given up? Should I just shut up and go away and wait another month? With the dwindling places I can play and some casinos sucking in money and never giving any back I am going to go the route that some others on here have done and find something else to do with my time and money. I'd just like to close the book on Raging Bull before I do. If anyone has seen any movement please let us know. If there are reps lurking it would be nice if you'd say something too.

On the contrary - IMHO they WERE a top class operator - ask anyone who worked with them and met their guys at the affiliate conferences.
The problems only started when the group was sold to Ace Revenue (historical rogues) late last year.

It's pretty similar to the Club World Group fiasco - a great operator getting taken over by "questionable" new owners.

I'm sure they were on point at an affiliates conference. And I'm sure they put their affiliate program together correctly, how else would they have started off. But top class operator is certainly a stretch based upon the limited time they operated correctly and some of the devious terms.

I don't consider it the same as Clubworld, whereas CW proved themselves over a 10 year period. Raging was not around doing the right thing for even close to that amount of time.

Don't ask me how but I saw the writing on the wall from the day they started. The rep was like a used car salesman. They were putting max cashout's on a 50% bonus. It really seemed like a 3 ring circus. Reminded me of bet phoenix. I always wondered if Dean was the same Bet phoenix Dean. Either way I really didn't like the way I saw them operating and never ever signed up there. Now the rest is history.

On February 17th, I requested a withdrawl for $400.00, Heard nothing. After several Live Chats, Emails I just got the runaround. My documents were not updated. Financial dept. needed banking information etc.I have jumped through all their hoops and have given them every bit of information they have requested. It is now June, I am an active player and now my requested withdrawl is $800.00. I cant get through on the phone. I am still getting my emails answered by Marco but they keep switching me back and forth from financial dept. , documents dept., and payments dept. I have run out of options and am tired of getting the runaround. Any suggestion on what to do next would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

While my PAB was successful it was not without some work .


I was on live chat consistently every other day asking about the status of my payout .

Recently they sent me a few free spins and after like 20k in wagering I was able to cashout $100.00. Keep in mind no deposit was made since my PAB.

Anyways according to their live chat guys payouts can take as little as 30 days to 2 months .
I will let you know when I get my cashout from the free chip as I'm being just as persistent about that one as I was with my 1 k cashout .

Reversing a withdraw probably added on at least a month, so hopefully you won't be doing that again kadiv8.

Dunno, 1 year for a 16K progressive jackpot win to be paid seems something like out of a nightmare ! That was your money from the day you hit the jackpot.
The casino kept your money hostage and used it for more than a full year, illegally ! I would try and pursue for some serious monetary compensation for all the hassle !

On the other hand is good to see Tawni still moves things in the right direction (even if with the speed of a zombie). Without her help you wouldn't seen a dime.

As far as I can see, the reason for the OP's delay has not been explained - there are often 2 sides to every story...

As for your own issue - if you can't resolve it with the casino yourself you should do the same as the OP and submit a PAB.
