Is it confirmed that Raging bull is affiliated with Cool cat? Thank goodness after i won $500 playing keno i was paid with no problem. After seeing increasing complaints i stopped playing there at all. I guess every thing goes well until you win big. Typical RTG :eek2:.

I would say so. I went to live chat and instead of asking straight out (because casinos sometimes try to hide who owns who) I said Im a big fan of virtual ace casinos and I heard Raging Bull was sold to virtual ace. The response was 'yes I can confirm that we are affiliated with raging bull now so now you can feel comfortable and make deposit since we are part of the casino group you like"
 
I've had a Raging Bull PAB on the books since mid-November, not a peep from them. And yes, I know they're overdue for a Casinomeister Warning.

I should add that there is a (slim) advantage to submitting a PAB even in a crappy case like this: a Warning does sometimes prod the misbehavors into action and when that happens they're usually willing to deal with any and all PABs we have on the books. So, if you've filed, you may well get fast-tracked to a resolution. Doesn't happen all the time but when it does you can be pleasantly surprised. No promises, just sayin'.

Thanks maxd I will submit the PAB and see what happens. Hopefully they come around somehow and decide to start the process :/
 
Still waiting for my 100 bucks, 2 weeks + and counting.
Not even had a response about my documents sent also 2 weeks ago.

Needless to say they won't ever receive a penny from me again..
Thank God I only deposited 25 Euro and wanted to cash a 100 Euro small profit..

I think I might end up submitting my own, $50.00 deposit and I'm waiting for a 1k + cashout not a peep from them, live chat just tells me to resubmit my documents.

They told me that I would definitely be getting paid out, and only one of the support reps was able to confirm that they did receive my docs and were still in que for review. I will keep posting updates as to whats going on

So now I am no longer allowed to log into Raging Bull Casino, looks like things are taking a huge turn for the worse now :( Will keep everyone updated as to whats going on with that.

Seems that because they are now part of VirtualAce Group, and I live in NY, I cannot log in. I really hope this does not affect my withdrawal process.

I hope I am totally wrong here, but be prepared to hear "You are from NY, your withdrawal has been denied".

I just happened to see Bait went live when he hit it abd I saw it in his account. He was obviosly excited as can be. Showed everyone the screenshot of the spin too. Its pretty ridiculous that he was banned from the site AFTER posting on this forum it took a month to validate his documents. No where on there site dies it say players from ny or anywhere in the usa are not eligible to play there. If they merged with another RTG site they need to honor the previous payouts. I will not be playing anymore RTG until Bait gets his money. If they cannot pay out winnings im too nervous to play these anymore

Last night players were coming into stream (not baits) and stating their accts were locked. it seemed to be players from NY. This was done without warning.

As for Baits hit : he won that before the transition of new owners. Did they stall his verification so they would have the excuse well your from NY we dont accept that state now.

All BS if you ask me.

I told USA streamer last night to please add banners to thier stream Raging Bull not paying.
Next I will start asking the European streamers as well.

It pisses me off when casinos do this. lets hope as a new outlet of communucating with the casino world our streamers can also help and prevent new victoms to this casino.
 
Bait, The reason they would deny because of your origin is because they are NOW no longer able to process US player's.CC did the exact same thing to me after they loaded my e-mail with offer's.
Since I never gave up my old acct. I just tried to reload the site and was stopped, and told that I was in the US and no longer able to access this site.It appear's that they have not changed their MO.
Maxd has pretty much shown the abilities of the CS. They are a hired mouthpiece for the group no doubt and can rarely help with such matter's.
I have felt sorry for some CS pep's as I'am sure that they are aware of the activities of the employer. But it just show's that the shithead's in this biz know the ropes and know how to work the system in their favor.

Its just a shame because Bait is a legit streamer. Ive been watching gom for over a year and he doesnt spam you with affiliate links to make money off your deposit. He did at first but said it wasnt worth it. I almosy feel they knew this merge was coming and delayed his docs on purpose so the new owners did not have to pay. Even if they cannot make payments to us players they should find another way to make this right. This isn't a fake guy playing. He is as nice as any streamer on twitch. Its so awful and I feel bad for him

It doesnt matter what new policy the casino has or has implemented. The player won at a time it was legit and has to be paid 100% without question.

This is going to end in two ways for the casino. Very positive PR or very very bad PR as this thread is getting alot of attention both here and on twitch since he is a fairly known streamer.

Lets give Tawnie a chance first though. She has done alot to try and fix their brand by getting players paid.

I dont want to jump the gun here or give the person false hope but I feel this will be taken care of. I just cant imagine all the work Tawnie put into getting her casinos out of the rogue pit going to waste.

Yeah seems that would be the most logical reason, as you see what they are doing. Sad they need to do that to steal people's money...

Others have hinted at it but I'll come right out and say it: please ensure that you have you read and understood the PAB FAQ. Please pay particular attention to section 3.12.

The FAQ tells you the scope of our service, what you can expect from us and -- also very important -- what we expect from you. If you don't understand and/or cooperate with the PAB process then your PAB will very likely fail. So please ensure you have read the FAQ. Thank you for your cooperation.
 
I just wanted to support him as i saw him maybe 1 minute after he won it and it showed as his balance. Ive read these posts for years but never made an account until now. I never really had an issue myself to do so. I know he is really upset as any player would be. This whole thing just seems wrong to me
