Question Raging bull (withdraw issues)

I'm having trouble getting my withdraw processed even after completing all documents and talking with them on the phone to confirm info. The guy i spoke too thanked me and said my withdraw would process within a few days. Now its a month later and they will not respond to emails and my withdraw still says requested. I've had problems with the last casino I put lots of money and time in and learned to read reviews before joining new casinos which lead me to joining Raging Bull and Lucky Red casino. Last week was my birthday and Lucky Red casino sent me a free $20 birthday chip and I was lucky enough to win $300 and they processed the withdraw the next day, wish all online casinos where like them. Anyway, i'm not sure whats going on with Raging Bull and whey they won't at least return my emails.:confused:
 
FWIW we've got a Raging Bull PAB that is well past its "best before" date: I keep trying but nobody responds. :axeman:

Ill give them a couple more weeks to make things right before I write reveiws on a few sights. I seen that the rep read my post but I guess he's not concerned about it.:drink::drink::drink: Thanks for you guys responses to my post.
