hi,have regsitered on 123slotsonline.com 2 yeras ago. recive free 50$, make playthrue and forgot. Today have found this site again trying to register, but found my username taken. Have login, and see my balance is 110$. contact support, told me can withdraw 100$ from free bonus.ok

send documents, bank detailsand recive answer:

I see Tawni is looking into this for you.

The group gets a lot of bad press but I will give credit to Tawni for even looking into this.

Even the best casinos there are would be very unlikely to have even entertained you. You won on a free chip over 2 years ago and the casino no longer accepts players from your country. Most casinos have terms in which the bonus and winnings expire after say 30 days if you do not use them or withdraw.

I’ve looked into this and this is all very simple. You are from Latvia, a country which is excluded from any sort of real money play with our brands. When you signed up with our casino, you were able to play because there was no real money deposit made. Essentially you are considered a ‘play for fun’ player.

Had you attempted to make a real money deposit, your deposit would have been declined (due to country restrictions) and your account locked immediately.

For the record, Latvia residents have always been restricted.

I hope this clears things up.

Are players informed of this when they register? I know if i try to register at a casino where my Country is restricted I am not even allowed to register.

I mean they go through the whole registration process and probably believe they are playing with a chance to win real money. It just seems kinda cold to me to allow them to play not knowing where they actually stand.

BTW Tawni, all your help here in these forums has been appreciated and I hope, as many others certainly do, to see it continue.

I looked myself, and Latvia is not even in the drop down list of countries on the reg form (Japan... Luxembourg...Monaco...)

We used to get a lot of it from american players with the addresses like: 1242 wiltshire blvd, washington, GREAT BRITAIN.

The standard reply was 'Oh, I thought that was missing by mistake so just picked....''

Where that pair of ****s Ant and Dec come from I believe, in Tyne and Wear.

When a player comes to our websites, if they are in a restricted area, a message appears stating they cannot play for real money. Also, it should be standard practice for players to check the terms and conditions to see if they reside in a restricted country.
