Hello All,
I a really a new player and I have no experiences with the online casino. I got 25 credit free from the vegastopcasino which is under the responsability of the PlayUnited Network. Before I played this bonus I went to the website www.vegastopcasino.con and in the terms and conditions the casino say for the free money you need just to wager and maximum withdrawal is 10X the bonus. I played a long time and I meet nicely the wagering. I made request of the withdrawal of 200 USD to my neteller and I received two email saying that the withdraw was approved. I went to my netellet account in 13/09/2006 and I foud out that the casino sent the amount but after two hours they took it back from neteller. I made a phone call to the support and they said you have to deposit and I said there is no such condition in the website. Today 14/09/2006, the casino put the money in my neteller and took it back again. It`s mean twice.
I am sorry for this long thread but I have to explain to you what happened to me. The question is how they put it twice and they took it twice. I call them tody and they said it was technical problem. I said to them it can not be twice and that they don`t have any right to take the amount back from my neteller . My account in this casino is kiko and I hope somebody will help me with this matter in contacting the casino and making them pay what they tooke back.
