    Question CONFUSED about WR rules

I don't want to mention the casino name...this is not a complaint post (so far). I am just in need to understand how it works. Probably I am missing something and the only one to complain about is me.

long story short: I deposited 50, had 50 bonus.
    WR
    is 40X.

started with 100 and at first the
    WR
was having place, I went into "my account" page and I saw that I was cumulating some little progress with
    WR
(after about one hour I did wager around 150)

Later, the session went quite bad and I deeped into "bonus" funds (had less than 50 in my account).

Went on fighting for hours and I had a good recover, back to 100. Note I played for about 3 hours always staying in the range of 70/80 in my account.

    I went to check the
    WR
progress and I found it to be still only 150 done.

So I want to chat to ask for explanation and I was told:
    - only CASH money does contribute for the
    WR

    - once the player deeps into BONUS money, then even if he recovers, all his money is always and however considered as BONUS.
    - the sentence I was told in chat which surprised me more was: " You will need to deposit real money and play with that. Then that will count towards your
    WR
    "

At this point I am really confused....how can I clear the
    WR
? Doing a new deposit maybe, when I still have my 100 I had at beginning (which I can't withdraw since they are all BONUS now ) ?

I have an idea who this is with, but anyway I like that sort of sticky bonus as you have a guaranteed conversion to cash if you stay depositing at the casino. Bell Fruit and Midaur have this system and it is as the CS told you. You CAN play with bonus and raise it, say to 300 bonus and then stake cash to release it but the
    WR
won't go up if you've raised the bonus amount, it stays as it was.. It probably has a conversion-to-cash limit of say 200 or 250 though so make sure you read that part of the terms.

    Once you've done the
    WR
with cash you then get the 50 (or whatever you've raised the bonus up to within the conversion limit) added to your account as withdrawable cash.

It's decent bonus structure if your not limited at single or small deposits and it can work in the players favour

    Let me guess. Royal Panda

Then search the forum for RP threads as their bonus system was explained a couple of times.

    Royal panda also,

Can work out ok for the player if you had a decent hit while into the bonus due to it does not increase any more wager,

Some sites do the oppisite and wager counts only when diped into bonus but can withdraw any time but be carfull as most of theses have a bloody cap on winnings

I remember last year at Royal Panda when I was on bonus funds and doing silly bets as I had nothing to lose and hit £1.5k on a £5.40 Fantasini (TwinSpin clone) bet.

As I had a daily deposit limit of £50 it was a nightmare reaching wagering, eventually cashed out about £900 IIRC. Has it's advantages this type of bonus, but can make you deposit more than you're comfortable with, and no guarantee of cashing out.

    thank you everybody.

No, it's not RoyalPanda. I'd be more than happy to be allowed playing there. But unfortunately I am not.
I am a little insignificant italian player and nobody wants me.

Thanks Dunover for your explanation. Now, reading your lines, I get to the point.
It's a pity that the casino is not mentioning this bonus system in its
    T&C
pages, I went thru all of them and there is nothing about it.

Anyway I doublechecked your "theory" with the CS and you are spot on.

Congrats since you did not know which casino is, but you hit the target first shot.
Shame on the casino since such "complicated" terms could (and should) have been written in the
    T&C
    pages.

Great thing is to be part of this comunity.

Let's be honest nothing a casino does ever has the player in mind.
There a business And a very ruthless one at that, they are there solely to take youre cash.
That's fine with me totally as we all choose to spend at these places.
But it's not like the shops or anywhere else, these casino's have silly terms and obscure and obscene terms to fuck you out of your own cash.
As said many times needs a massive overhaul and strict rules in place
