Why in the Home, the redflush, it is reported that pays within 24 hours, when this is false? :eek2:

As you may know Red Flush is an Accredited casino here at Casinomeister.

You can contact their forum representative, WayneRedreturns, to discuss your issue.

You can also file a Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) complaint with us and we'll look into your issue for you. Info on the PAB process is here: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

You can submit your PAB -- please read the FAQ first -- here: Pitch a Bitch.

If you have any questions about the PAB process feel free to PM me (Link Outdated / Removed) and I'll do what I can to point you in the right direction.

How long has it been for you? Was this a first withdrawal, or are you a regular player? That can make a difference. First time withdrawing may take longer if they have to check your ID docs, etc.

It is not my first withdrawal.
Yes, I am a regular player. But I think that says a casino that pay in 24 hours, would have to pay at that time all without distinction. Also, if the withdrawal is done on Friday, they told me in chat that will be processed until Monday. This too is important.
For me, it really pays a casino within 24 hours, is the 32Red. No distinction between the players. It does not matter if the withdrawal is Friday. I know that the next day, I got money in my neteller.
With Red Flsuh not. So I am right that is reported as "paying in 24 hours" when it is not for everyone. : Lol:

If cashout time is that important to you, I really dont understand why you would choose to play anywhere else OTHER than 32RED.

Because if a casino is reported, by CM, which pays in 24 hours, I believe ... For this, now, I wonder why it is reported that pays within 24 hours, if this is not true :)

However, redflush, does not pay all in 24 hours. Redflush pays within 24 hours just those who want. So it is false to say that pay in 24 hours.
It is not right that the Home page reported that pays within 24 hours.

Why this is not updated?

If the w/d you are talking about occured only on a Friday and you were paid within 24 hours on the other days of the week they are not advertising falsely and just dont process during weekends. Since this is not your first withdrawal I assume you were paid timely for the previous cashouts.

Pop in my 2 cents on this and have to agree, Red Flush doesn't come close to the 24 hours listed on the front page. Funds are held for 24 hours which you can't flush before they even process the withdrawal which can take up to another 48 hours.

I'm a frequent player on Redflush, had a nice win there yesterday and cashed out lastnight. Phoned them up today and asked if there was a chance to have them process my cashout by the new year and the rep told me that due to the holidays the system has defaulted to set the reverse withdrawal period to 200 hours. Yes 200. I found that very weird..I sent "RedFlush Host" here a pm so I hope he can assist me with this.

Always found it ironic that a casino with "Flush" in the name, doesn't flush :D

They used to have a 12hr reverse but it changed to 24. They don't cashout at weekends but that isn't terribly unusual and I don't think it should affect the Casinomeister listing but if they are starting to slip in midweek that needs addressing for sure. They've always been pretty good IMO and I was a regular for quite some time, although I stopped playing when they moved from a 12-24hr reverse so can't test it right now.

Anyone else any recent experiences of cashouts here or at LaVida?

It sounds like they have decided not to even bother processing during the short week between Christmas and New year, but have set the system to delay EVERYTHING initiated less than 48 hours before Friday 23rd until the new year, and the start of the working week on 3rd January.

This is what is unusual. Other casinos don't process during these two holidays, but they have always processed between the two during the 3 working days at their disposal. Setting the reverse to 200 signals that from the outset they had no intention of processing anything during those 3 days, but instead making it one long bank holiday from Friday 23rd to Tuesday 3rd January. This goes beyond not processing at the weekend.

I made a withdrawal from La Vida last night but they have just finished processing my ID docs (saliva, lock of hair, fingerprints, iris biometric scan, family history for the past 100 years etc)

But they phoned me to check my details to confirm who Iam tonight, which is new for an mg,so hopefully it will be processed by tmrow as it is supposed to be 24hrs.

Just a slight"taste" of what we deal with all the time here in the US in the few casinos open to us.

I understand your frustration, deal with it regularly myself at other sites.
