My name is Fred Brooks and my username at SuperBetPalace (which I think is the new name of SuperBet365 Casino) is fredhead62. I reqesteda cashout on June 7 of this year. I've sent all the documents that I've been asked to send, but in the Withdrawal section of My Reports, it is still listed as Pending. I emailed customer support several times without recieving a response. Can you help me?

When I first played at SuperBetPalace (9 months ago), I couldn't find any information about them. And other than the thread I responded to yesterday, I still can't.

It's not easy to find information if you don't know how to search correct.
Maybe it hasn't been so much said about them in this forum, but no matter what casino you intend to sign up to use google first. Don't just write the name of the casino but if you do a search now for Superbetpalace, rogue...then you will see a lot of complaints about them. They are blacklisted in many places.
