I am posting this here cause it has to do with a free chip but it's really not much of a complaint. It's more of a 'How dumb can you get'?
I received an email from Vegas Regal telling me I had a $10 free Easter chip. So I downloaded the casino again (I'm playing on a laptop so don't keep them all downloaded) and get the error message that my account is closed and to contact support.
I didn't really care but I sent an email asking them what was going on as they had sent me the email telling my I had the $10 but had closed my account.
I got a reply today that they had reviewed my account and had reopened it. BUT I was not eligible for any promotions.
Now come on, why on earth would I want to deposit at a casino that:
a: Sent me a free chip and then closed my account and
b: Reopened my account but told me I wasn't promotion eligible.
Just too goofy for words.
