I self excluded from this group in 2015. In 2017 I unwittingly signed up to another site on their network, whilst still excluded. During 2015 and 2017 my internet service provider changed, hence so did my email address. I signed up in March 2017 with identical details barring the new email address. Same name. Same DOB. Same address and postcode. As soon as I noticed the pending transaction on my bank statement for Casino Rewards I contacted them and asked why I was allowed to sign up when excluded. It is my belief that policy is to void all bets and return deposits. Their response was that as I had used a different email address than in January 2015 that I had purposely breached the exclusion. I have contacted the rep on here who just points me to the same department that are effectively saying "tough luck". I'm wary of any group that profits from excluded players tbh.

Casino Rewards group is basically the worst MG group to even play at for a start.

Secondly, Why on earth did you sign up without doing a quick google search before hand? Golden Rule: Do research and check what casinos are in the Casino reward group first!

I can tell you that there is 9 casinos in it. You can easily find this information out.

So what was the purpose of this thread? Did you have funds in the new account you opened in Zodiac casino? If so, I can tell you, you have basically no chance in getting the funds from it.

Rule: 1.17 - Exploiting Your Membership Do not threaten casino operations with blackmail. Mentioning that you are a member is fine, but don't try to instill fear in a casino operation by threatening to post bad reviews or roguing them. Leave the roguing to Casinomeister - it's tricky business and not for amateurs.

Your not allowed to threaten a casino your going to post in CM.

Happy for mods to delete the thread as I've obviously broken a rule (even though I feel forewarning the rep that I'd be posting is fairer than posting and then telling them). Fwiw this isn't me losing and trying to get my money back. One of my deposits declined so I had to retry. I went onto online banking to make sure it hadn't charged me twice (it hadn't) and that's when I realised it was this casino group. I told them immediately about my exclusion whilst I was still playing and they locked my account, with a balance still on there. They haven't contacted me or given me any indication of whether my balance will be returned, I thought the rule was to return the whole deposit (and, indeed, stop me from playing in the first place). The department I was referred to was very much "talk to the hand", which brought me to their rep here. I did unintentionally break a rule by getting frustrated and wound up in pm though so it's fine to delete this. I'll just have to try my best to resolve it with them directly

Your primary mistake here at Casinomeister has been failing to read the Posting Rules which, among many other things, include the following on thread deletions (see Deleting Posts and Threads):

Posts that are considered spam will be deleted by the moderators.

Posts that are considered "extreme flaming" using the dreaded c*** word, etc., will remain. These posts will NOT be deleted and you'll just have to live with being spanked and looking like a real moron for your lack of self-discipline.

If someone posts information that could be considered trade secrets or sensitive material, we will take this into consideration - but will perhaps edit the post, not delete it. In other words, deleting any posts will be kept at a bare minimum.
