So... Am just curious when the site will be up and running with everything functional again? Since late last week it has been a bit of a struggle playing for me-Live Chat being removed from mobile also makes it quite difficult to easily resolve problems... And even then, logging into desktop to chat has also not always been the most effective either, it has been very slow and lagging when typing with a bit of a delay (which is shocking if you're like me and always ends up sending through sentences full of spelling mistakes
)
There have been so many errors/issues/problems that I haven't cared to screenshot them all-which isn't helpful when support request it to help but oh well-but there have been some strange things I have noticed in the last day or so
I'll list a couple of em below... but I'm wondering if anyone else has had anything similar experiences and if the Captain can shed some light on it than that'd be awes
Laptop: Chrome Browser typing into address bar 'rizk.com' loads to GB site-though if I type that in Safari/Ipad it always loads to au (which is me)
Ipad: Recently played list is not reflecting the correct recently played games, a few of them don't show up at all after playing them
Ipad: Pimped game (only one I have noticed this on) opens as if per normal, but then only loads to Play'nGo page requesting a login/password
Iphone: A lot of country restricted games visible in the games tabs-Typically if it's a provider I can't play like WMS, they don't appear at all
Iphone: MGS games open, and before can even play first spin/change bet etc error msg appears with "timed out" or something or rather
Laptop: A cash chip bonus I had last week just continually kept disappearing from my balance-this took a while to resolve and CS ended up 'fixing' it behind the scenes without me as I had to rush off thankfully but it was quite annoying in the meantime lol
