Your Input Please Your Questions for Rizk Casino - post them here

Hi outofthesea, welcome to the forum and your first post. I read your post with great interest.

Firstly, I would like to say that I think that this is first class service - Gold star to Pertti!! We dont often hear positive things about CS in forums very much and i may be slightly biased but i think it is important to point out the good as well as the bad!!

Instead of telling you that you MUST do this or that or that you are REQUIRED to withdraw to the original deposit method, Pertti has used a much softer and - in my view - more polite language to answer your query.

PERTTI
You made deposit with Visa when you won and our payment department would like you to withdraw back to same method

Secondly, this rule is stated in our terms and conditions (Section 9 Paragraph 2) and is an Anti Money Laundering procedure that we are legally obliged to follow and is very common in the industry:

9. Withdrawals from your account

2.We will attempt to accommodate your request regarding the payment method and currency of your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. All withdrawals will be remitted only to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated.

I trust that this answers your question.

Hi! First post- long time lurker, so hello all :)

I had the following conversation with a member of rizk support following an attempted withdrawal to neteller. A bit of background first of all- I have made several successful deposits via my card, but no withdrawals. I requested a withdrawal to my visa card today, and then followed with another deposit via neteller before continuing play.

I attempted a withdrawal to neteller immediately after. Upon checking my account around an hour ago, this attempted withdrawal had been returned to my casino account. The following conversation ensued:
PERTTI
Hello! How may I help you?
NATALIE HUNTER
hey pertti
Im in the process of verifying my account
and have noticed that a withdrawal i tried to make back to my neteller has bounced back in to my account
have i accidentally cancellled it, or is that something done at your end?
PERTTI
Just a moment and will check with our payment department
NATALIE HUNTER
thanks :)
PERTTI
You should make your withdrawal request to your Visa and then it can be processed
NATALIE HUNTER
ok, how come i cant withdraw via neteller?
its fine, just wondering :)
PERTTI
You made deposit with Visa when you won and our payment department would like you to withdraw back to same method
NATALIE HUNTER
ok no problem then
will i be able to withdraw to neteller in future?
there must be something a bit more rigid that they would 'like me to' lmao
PERTTI
Sure, it's just rule we follow that you should make withdrawal for same method you used for deposit
NATALIE HUNTER
i have made a successful deposit with neteller though
and wagered since
PERTTI
Your original winnings seem to be from deposit you made with Visa, therefore you are requested to withdraw back to Visa as well
NATALIE HUNTER
ok then :)
but in future i will be able to withdraw to neteller?
PERTTI
Yes of course, just make your withdrawals from there as well and it's all good
NATALIE HUNTER
alright then, thanks for your help.

If there are some terms regarding deposit methods and wagering before withdrawal, that's fine. However, I was slightly perturbed that support informed me 'our payment department would like you to withdraw back to same method', rather than referring to any specific clause in the t&cs!

If a representative from Rizk could clarify this for me it would be appreciated :)

Hello there Captain, I was wondering if you plan on adding Yggdrasil games anytime soon?

Hello there Captain, I was wondering if you plan on adding Yggdrasil games anytime soon?

Why would you like that? ;)
The worst games ever designed in slotland.
YES they run very smooth,YES they look lovely,YES I like the graphs and the original themes BUT BUT BUT ------>
They don't pay unless you put a shit load of money in them first.
FS are insanely hard to trigger and I mean up to a point it gets ridiculous.
Riggedrassil, the king of 2 scatter spins, the third might come in after you lost 1k on the slot.

And yes I do understand the concept of variance but some slots really really take the piss.

@CaptainRizk,thanks for the wee freebie I have received today.
Got an e-mail from the loyalty department with some wager free money and a 120 minute turbo chip! :)

Much appreciated!

Hi Pulver, no defintive timelines at this precise moment for Yggdrasil but we also have some other providers that are in the pipeline that we think that you will like.

Watch this space.....

I would respectfully have to disagree with you on that.

Yes, the free spins can be hard to trigger, but some of the free spins features can pay out pretty good. They are fun to play as well. My favorites are Cazino Zeppelin, Vikings go Wild and Golden Fish Tank. I would say that much of the RTP is tied up in the bonus features on these slots, so they can eat your money pretty fast if you don't get the feature. If you are lucky and get the feature early on, chances are good you will get ahead.

Anyways, thanks for the answer Captain. Looking forward to more games being added.

Can my gf sign up to rizk, i got told by live support that she can't because we under the same address. but every other casino she has had no issues.

exactly what is the issue if it's a different name and different bank card, it's not the caveman times anymore, people tend to live in the same address

I'd understand if i was a nigerian with 9 different bank accounts and names but that is not the case, use common sense!

a friend of mine asked the same question from one of the Casino Rewards gp yrs ago.

We can'nt posibly know whether you have used the details of your gf without her permission to open a 2nd account an we re dealing with 1000 of members a day.

atleast , that's what he told me !!

Could be that Rizk has the same policy here ?
I'm curious what is ther policy regarding this matter !!

or alternatively you could just PM me here, as we are not in caveman times any more!!

Well morally I would refuse her simply on the grounds that living in sin is an abomination.

Yeah I do understand. :)
And I did give them a fair chance but I have played Golden Fish Tank and Seasons for some very long sessions and I did get a bit of my stake money back but it was always when already down a couple of 100 of Euro..
Golden Fish Tank managed to do just over 2k spins before I had my first FS trigger.:eek:
On Seasons sometimes it is even harder.
Like I said they play super smooth and I do like my portion of high variance slots but Ygdrassil is just not for me I guess.
Never ended a session on their slots in profit.

But I understand if people like them. :)

Not too sure how I can put this so that it comes across correct, but here it is anyway.

My account at Rizk got closed because I self excluded at another casino within the group last year (I posted about it sometime last year). I self excluded not because of gambling problems.

The account is now open and I received an email this morning to welcome me back with a 100% deposit match offer offer plus some free money.

Whilst that, of course, is appreciated the question begs if this sort of offer is not a little naughty. If the account was closed because of self exclusion due to gambling problems, the last thing such a player needs is such a tempting offer to lure them back into old habits.

Hope this comes across well enough.

you say you SE for non gambling problems so i dont see a problem them sending you a bonus to welcome you back, though i can see what your getting at if this exclusion was for gambling issues.

The usual procedure is that a SE'd account for gambling problems will stay closed even after the SE period expires. Only if the player contacts the casino, answers some questions/completes a questionnaire and with a cooling period of 1-7 days, depending on casino policy, will the account be reopened.

EDIT: No marketing material/emails will be sent until that point that the account is indeed re-opened.

Hence, i am pretty sure that Rizk had you registered as an non-gambling SE and sent you the offer to welcome you back.

I certainly am not complaining about the welcome back offer for me, it was the second point I am a little concerned about.

Possibly but I didn't self exclude at Rizk. The account got closed during the period towards the end of last year when MT Secure cross checked all of the accounts.

When I self excluded at the other casino (can't remember the name of it just now), I didn't give a reason for the self exclusion. I just did it online.

Sorry, bad wording.... i meant MT Secure..... since you did not SE specifically for gambling reasons your account will be re-opened the moment the SE period expires. At the time Rizk closed your account in accordance with the SE within the MT Secure group, hence they will have the info why you did the SE.

This is pretty much it. We believe that we have resolved the SE challenges that we had historically, now we are going through a process of unravelling historical cases such as these. We absolutely have to follow protocol for reopening of accounts and we have a team working on this daily to differentiate but where we find that there is an opportunity to welcome someone back that may have had a bad experience due to an inadvertent SE situation historically then it makes sense to do so.

Disconnections

So, i'm *sure* I recall this being discussed in relation to Rizk/Guts/iGaming platform.

Over recent months on mobile and laptop i've had sporadic periods at Rizk where my games play slowly or frequently disconnect.

First noticed this on Gonzo's Quest a few months back on my mobile.

Did the whole clearing cache/cookies thing and the issue persisted. IIRC i even tried it on my laptop with the same issues. So at that point I just gave up.

Mostly been ok but again tonight, playing DOA it was disconnecting every 50/100 spins. Utterly infuriating.

Spoke to support who understandably wanted me to do the cookies/cache thing. I declined on the basis that:

This OS and Browser were installed today;
The problem did not occur at other sites i'd played since the install;
This didn't work last time, I'm trying to relax and the last thing I want to do is faff around any more with software;
My balance was low, by the time I'd done that and played remaining funds the chances are i'd be out or just not inclined to kick off another chat session and go through the whole rigmarole.

I made this clear to the support advisor. I also had to point out that i can't in good conscience put money into a site for a gamble when part of that gamble is whether i'll get a reliable session out of it or not.

So:

A). Was I right, has this been discussed here recently?

The following rely on A being answered with a "Yes".

B). Is this any nearer resolution?
C). Could you please let us/me know when this is resolved so I can play at Rizk again?

I did ask support to escalate this as a complaint to the casino manager.

Got to totally agree with you on this one, tonight has been absolutely terrible, error codes on DOA, Rhino, Thunderstruck and Thunderstruck 2 constantly. Power bar freezing and not loading properly, leveled up 3 times in over 3 hours of play alottttt of spins between 80p-1.20 plus double speed bar doesn't sound to right to me lol, but got to admit its the longest game play I have ever had on any site since I started playing yearrsss ago so I wasn't bored today afterwards, 9/10 I deposit and I'm out within 20mins so thanks for that rizk lol

Hopefully things will be resolved very soon as i enjoy playing here :)

Welcome to the party :cheerleader:  ........ and my world of gaming and daily frustration.

My tally for yesterday playing at 4 casinos, including Rizk, CasinoLuck, Betat and Videoslots:

- Netent --> 27 disconnections/errors
- MG --> 18 errors 211 + 5 errors 0

End result: lost 800AUD with no fun, no entertainment and certainly no good wins either.

The funny part is that e.g. DOA runs smoothly for hundreds of spins, eating happily my balance. At some point it stabilizes with some good base game pays, suddenly spins are getting laggy, disconnect. Reload and within a few spins I get 3 scatters.

These problems are clearly communication issues happening anywhere between player --> casino, casino --> game provider, casino --> payment provider etc. etc. and to be honest I can't see them finding a proper solution any time soon.

On the other hand 3 hours of smooth and entertaining play on 32RED on the download client. I am getting drawn back to them as at least I have some fun.

Meanwhile Rizk I can only play on the Edge browser because I get an empty screen when trying to load a slot, i have to click then every time on a link and confirm I am not a robot. So their provider is classifying my IP as a RIS(Z)K  . Imagine how much fun that is.

just for comparison reasons:

Decided to start at 32RED today to avoid having frustrations and ulcers already after breakfast and great gaming yet again. Depo 100, 50% match and 1.5hrs smooth running, no lag and breezing through the WR never dropping below 1.20 bets or the balance below 100$. TBH, i can see 32RED getting more of my budget going forward.

In the past 2 weeks in dozens of sessions i NEVER ever managed to get past 1000 spins on a browser based casino on any slot from any game provider.

Now whether i lose this balance in the next 2-3 hours doesn't even matter because i had my fun and entertainment for a mere 100$ deposit. Achieved pretty much the same balance yesterday with a 100$ depo and 25% match on the same slot and lost it over the next few hours chasing some bigger wins, but boy, was it fun. Hoping to do better today or at least press that 'withdraw' button at some point. :D

I've given up playing at any of the IGC casinos.

TOO much lag and TOO many disconnections makes playing too much of a chore and causes too much mental anguish.

I've also found over the years, that a laggy, disconnecting session almost ALWAYS leads to a low RTP and a lost deposit.

I don't expect to win from every deposit. But I DO expect decent service for my money.

Can confirm that and time for my banner again, unfortunately.

The way how mostly my balance is dropping after reloading a slot is just unbelievable. 15, 20, 25 spins without a single pay, not even the smallest 3OAK, nothing and that repeatedly  Mostly far past spin 50 before i am once honored with a 2-scatter teaser. Last week, after and error 211 and reloading TS2 i had a 8% RTP (in words: eight percent) on my first 100 spins, that is just so unreal. :eek2:

Every time the error jamboree starts I know that my deposits will just vanish and there is not even some sort of part recovery in between, nothing, nada. I could just throw the money out of the window, would be the same.

Really getting soooo sick of playing browser based casinos, sorry to say this. I do like Rizk, VS, Betat but this goes beyond any understanding that a multi-billion dollar industry can't be bothered to find a fix for these issues.

Thinking very hard at the moment to reopen my CR and FL accounts as well in the near future because the player experience is vastly better than on any browser based casino. I must be mad to go again for pending periods on my withdrawals but i rather wait for 24hrs+ then having constantly the urge to get on that plane to Malta, bazooka at the ready.
