This is tiresome .. Thread after thread where the rep vanishes ! Izzy whizzy lets get bizzy and poof gone - for weeks - so people point it out and complain understandably. Eventually Bryan or another mod has to intervene . Rep gets dragged out from wherever - does a few bits and vanishes again . Rinse and repeat.

Is this part of their accreditation or not to have an active rep - and what does "active" mean - the fact they are alive somewhere may not be enough!
I think they have to have their name mentioned 3 times to remain accredited.

Same - used to be my favourite site for these reasons. Now just a bog standard site with the occasional “here is a new game” email (no free spins or deposit bonus of course - ever).

I had the temerity to ask for a deposit bonus after playing with cash for 12 months. Declined of course. So took the opportunity to reduce deposits to £10 a month.

Annoying as Casinomeister were a massive reason why Guts became so successful so quickly - no response from reps for days. Great way to repay the CM community here guys :thumbsup:

Well, chat just informed me they need my bank statement linked to that card I never used. I had to go on chat and ask. Not even an email was sent to inform me.

How is it that I have to provide all this info for a card I never used. Never deposited. Just attempted to use and it got refused by the system.


I have a bank statement for this card from the month of July.
Which of course won’t do as we know.


I will JUMP through as many hoops as they want but that’s it. I will make it my mission to spread how badly this has gone far and wide.

This is not ok. They try to make you out as a fraudster even though you never used the card. You should have a huge apology and not this behaviour.
It's so wrong on all levels.

The head of their legal department sent me someone else's full account and personal details in response to a SAR I made, that should show had bad they are at stuff like this. To just make it that bit worse, I was actually complaining about a data breach at the time, so how ironic they make a data breach in response to it!
I wouldn't trust GIG as far as I could throw them.
 
I was banned for nothing from guts.

I’m thankful in the uk we have massive sites where we do not experience such frank laughable service.

Some of these malta casinos do seem to be inordinately interested in old expired cards and paperwork suddenly when its withdrawal time, to me it's a blatant stalling tactic and when challenged they hide behind fraud/aml regulations, which stipulate, as far as I understand, the approach should be 'risk based' i.e. selective not every customer going when they want to withdraw their winnings.
 
This is what I expect happening tomorrow. I will have heard no news. I will go to CS and They will tell me that the PDF file I sent of the bank statement for the card I never deposited money with is unacceptable. And then they will tell me they need some sort of other document type. And if I don’t go to chat I will not hear from them. No email informing me. That has been the pattern.

Then they will have to verify the bank.

I will have to go re open that bank account from that card that I never used to deposit and get reverified.

That should bring us to the end of next week.

3 days for bank transfer...and that will be a total of 3 weeks for my withdrawal.
 
My worse withdrawal delays were at Dr Vegas, 4 weeks was the minimum :eek: It was hard but I use to just sit it out, knowing that if I went onto live chat and said 'please can I have my money soon' I've no doubt they would have become defensive and asked for all manner of silly documents and jumping through hoops. I wonder how long they can just stall if you stand your ground?

I find dealing with live chat can sap the will to live, they try to palm you off with stupid answers, you'll be told one thing one day and then a totally different thing another.

Just to have the rep get involved and use some common sense is really all you need, come on Guts you've got a loyal customer getting the run around here.

Nah...they’re thinking you don’t know what we know about this customer. They’re thinking I’m some sort of fraudster cuz I tried to use a card that didn’t go through and I don’t have a bank account.

And yet I’ve produced a copy of the card in question, the card that I tried to deposit 150$ , Deposit got rejected, I then moved on...I dug it out of a drawer, produced the PDF bank statement directly from the bank attached to the card....with my name and address on it...and still here we are...and tomorrow will just produce another set of problems given I don’t have a bank account....

And 3k withdrawal still pending.

What an absolute joke Guts have turned into.
tbf both reps may have read the thread
no excuse for GUTS, but no bad points on their brethren for that

I think the customer service people assume the USA/Canada is exactly the same as europe, whereas the system is maybe more flexible so not everyone needs a bank account. It doesn't mean you're dodgy

GIG staff certainly have involvement with Guts, and can access customer accounts etc. The fact it hasn't been escalated or sorted out by now is a bad point in my view.
sure, but we dont know they havent said anything to them - its just not their place to speak for them; it certainly isnt rizk's
 
It seems I was lucky they suddenly decided not to accept players from Hong Kong anymore. When they suddenly removed ecocard from the list of payment options and were reluctant to respond to my questions I had a gut feeling they were on the slide.
For me, I had a bonus plan I enjoyed, unchanged for several years.
And while sure, theyre of course entitled to discontinue it any time, I didnt receive ANY notice, no courtesy email, despite playing pretty much exclusively there for years that they discontinued it
So it goes both ways - I took my business and recommendations elsewhere

But only now they look into it. Not before you made any more deposits.
 
I’m still waiting on them coming back as to why I can’t sign up to new sites in their group without being blocked. They were apparently ‘looking into it’ - been 3 months, so their eyes must be sore with all that staring. Ended up getting Rizk Sebastian to look into it but again, no response. Seems to be their MO now. In addition to their clueless support across the sites.

I used to like the group but no longer play there anymore. Aside from Stevies issues the site is buggy as hell as well with perpetual errors.
 
Is Guts finished as an accredited Casino here? Even with someone off sick you have someone covering your work.

between Bryan poking them, members posting, I'd gather it's all taken into consideration for their accreditation and ranking
 
always difficult i imagine from cm's angle, i mean heres a completely unacceptable delay for the op,

but ive never had a problem with guts and i mentioned before for many many months now ive been paid within 10 /15mins,for any withdrawal,

He came back to me and said they are checking the documents I sent.

Those docs were sent 24 hours ago....you figure I’d be a priority but nope. At the end of the line I go.

I think sebastien had good intentions(thank u) but I do believe he will not be able to move this along any quicker.

I’m waiting in line on CS. Let’s see what they throw at me. Stay tuned.

Edit: the dreaded response was... you need to send doc. I said I did 24 hours ago. IT CAN TAKE UP TO 72 hrs to check he tells me. I just asked to speak to a team leader. And apparently there is no one in charge at the moment. What liars. Honestly 72 hours. Im gonna lose iT.

Point blank he told me it will take 72 hours cuz they have a backlog. No team leader available for me to speak to. Just wondering when the ...it’s the weekend will be used...that’s coming later on today.

im sorry but is this acceptable? I do not know what to do. I have pmed the rep. One pm On Monday and one just now. Cuz you know...you don’t want to be that crazy customer who abuses the reps on here....

and the 3k just got put back into my account. which means something got rejected. but i won't find out until i go to chat. cuz why not advise your customer via email. but nope.

and i withdrew it again.

I love the line "we have a backlog" whenever comes to withdraws. Funny does the button presser have a time limit to manually approve the withdrawal. Say one every hour at max. People should not suppose these two bit companies who use any excuse to keep you waiting and hoping you play it back.
 
I think the rep's being complicit by allowing the opportunity of a big withdrawal to be played back, through selective absence

Can't just take the credit and plaudits and then go a-runnin when something needs sorting urgently

it is a debit card not even a credit card that you can sometimes use online to purchase.
i tried to use it on guts. it got rejected. therefore did not even gamble with it and now its causing a delay of epic proportions.

and now 3k back in my account . and are asking me to withdraw to my bank account which i don't have.

EDIT" ok guys ive had it. they want proof that the bank account is inactive. i bank account i do not even use here on guts.

I refuse to supply this info to them. for a card i have never used for a bank account i have never used. it is utterly absurd and ridiculous.
they are outright refusing to process my withdrawal until i supply the info that the bank is inactive. a bank i have never used on their site.
