That group is one of the worst for bonuses. As far as I remember I got the initial welcome bonus and about 6 months later 10 free spins, wouldn’t have been at more than 20p and got banned for abusing the bonus systems t’s and c’s:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:. As far as I am aware Thrills is no longer available in the UK after tomorrow. Thrills and Rizk both have the level up system linked to the worst games Quickspin ever produced and believe me there is a wide choice. I must be nearing 1,000 free spins with a total return of around £20. What an incentive to level up that is.
 
Quite many casinos seems to go way that offering deposit bonuses is not really great value for them compare to players who prefer to play without any deposit bonuses and wagering requirements (now when casinos more offer bonuses what you can forfeit and keep your winnings if you haven't touch your bonus money yet, players might be happier to take them as well and lower bonus cost for casinos).

Unfortunately for many of us, it is that loyal players who keep bringing good amount of deposits month to month, are these ones who are really rewarded, can't really blame casinos for that. If willing to just get deposit bonuses, there are many sites all over where to claim them, some of them with not such a nice terms for payouts and other rules....

Personally only deposit bonus i many times use is to try out new site to get bit more play time with low first deposit and if happy, will deposit there without deposit bonuses and bonus terms which getting more complicated all the time in many places.

In response to your comment in your post that you view this as a " breach of the targeting children rules" I would like to confirm the ad is fully age-gated to 18+. You may be aware the ASA requires advertisers to take all reasonable steps to ensure that their ads for gambling products aren’t directed to under 18s, and whilst we acknowledge the emoji's used could be appealing to children, if they were exposed to it, in this case, the post is sufficiently age-gated so that it can only be seen by Facebook users who are registered as aged 18 or over.

Then i am told my credit card is too blurry so i provide extra documents like the credit card statement, the transaction show to the casino and other things. Then i am send i have to send again all documents like nothing was good. I keep running in circles and it's very annoying. I am verified all over internet just guts was one i never cashed out on and now that. Why you always have to ruin it everytime something fun is happening.

Lots of errors on website for iPad. The website takes forever to load to log in. This is ongoing. Sometimes I give up other times I wait. Yes cleared memory cookies etc. Still takes forever.

But here are just some errors I’ve encountered the other nite whilst playing. Also just a general comment why do we have to click on a game the it takes us to the logo of the game with the play button next to it. Seems extraneous. Also the logos for the games on that second page are not clear and are distorted.


This first error one comes up every time I get logged out and then try to get back in.

Today I learned (despite my belief last week) that if you time it just right, you can indeed win spins on The weekly guts treasure hunt. This is Good.

I also learned that 100 $1 spins can generate $85.40. That's ok....

The worst lesson though is that if you then drop the bet to $0.50 and spin spin spin...
You can go to zero pretty quick. That's Bad.

So class.. what did we learn (some of us much slower than others...)
 
...I posted last week and not a peep from them ...their solution the first time I posted waas the usual clear cookies and cache...Maybe 3rd time’s the charm!
CCed and all that jazz - the fact it's both of us, different devices and different browsers, it's a safe bet it's their ongoing issue with their new platform

Was just looking under their promotion tab and the winners list looks kinda light (14 names, for a contest thats been running daily since the 5th). For two rpizes daily for 23 days I'd have expected to see a lot more winners names.

Didn't have a promo page until wed/thurs...

Wasn't receiving tickets for the longest time, but after an account review I was notified, I hadn't won yet.. so there's that..

Today, didn't receive the game of the week spin after playing through the deposited $10
LC told me three times I had to opt in, I sent multiple screenshots showing no opt in button.. reiterated It worked fine last few weeks..

Pointed out that according to the timestamps, LC was talking to me from the future, they explained that it was 6 hours later in the uk.. I pointed out that there isn't a timezone in the world that accounts for their responses coming from 15 minutes in the future..

last couple friday deposits didnt trigger the friday freebies.. etc etc etc

tired of chasing, asking, harassing..

Limit deposits, minimize being asked to "clear cache.. try a different browser..."
