Yggdrasil Wolf Hunter fault

Last night i was playing Yggdrasil Wolf Hunter on Gala Spins. It is pretty much the same game as Vikings Go Berserk and clones where you have a couple of meters that if you fill up you are awarded a bonus. After playing off my starting balance of around £25 at 10p a spin i made a deposit of £20.
As my meter was 98 or 99/100 i decided to up my bet to 60p a spin. After a couple of spins i raised it again to 80p, this was bet was clearly and correctly displayed at the bottom of my screen. However when the bonus was activated it stated that i was on 10p a spin. Do these type of games round down your bet because when i was filling the meter up i was on 10p a spin for the vast majority of the time before i raised my bet.
Gala spins confirm that i was playing on the higher stake of 80p a spin when the bonus was activated, but yet to acknowledge it displayed 10p spin. They have asked for a screenshot which surprise surprise i do not have one.
I suppose my question is, are (im sure they can) Yggdrasil able to find out what bet my wins were multiplied by in the freespins round. My complain has now been escalated within Gala Spins so i am awaiting a reply. They have credited my account with £5 for my troubles which i stated i did not want and just wanted the matter cleared up.

Hey @pokerhontis99 :)

From my understanding, like most bonus rounds of Yggdrasil games where you build up a meter to unlock it, the bonus games bet level is based on your average bet amount while building up said meter.

So for example, if you made 9999 bets at £0.10, and then switched to a £10 bet to unlock that last bit of the meter, your bet in the bonus round would be (0.10x9999)+(10x1)/10,000. i.e., 0.10099.
And from experience, this is rounded to the nearest whole number, which in this case would be £0.10.

I hope this helps :)

I don't know how experienced you are with slots but did you really believe a game lets you collect 99% for the major feature at 0.10 and upping your bet to 0.80 at the last second will give you a bonus round at the higher bet? That would leave the game open to all sorts of abuse.

FYI, a read through the Wolf Hunter game rules would have shown you what happens. Make sure to read them next time.

Yes - that is exactly how it works on this and most other "save up" games.

Just think of the possible abuse if it didn't work like that!
I.E. spin at 10p until the meter is 99, then bet £10/spin until you get to 100.

Here's an example: My spins were all at 0.05 or 0.10 coin size - but when the feature was triggered my coin value was 0.068 = the average bet across the 100 icons collected.

Yup, just to add some extra insight, I will use a really old game as an example.

There was once a screen shot from the Tomb Raider II - Secret of the Sword which works on this principal

Some mad win like £10K on an apparent 0.30p bet (as best memory serves anyway lol )

Turns out previous bets to collect 4/5 passports had been at max stake of something like 30.00 credits and player had dropped to 0.30 for the final passport, making it "appear" to be a mega win.

In fact the more I think about it as I type this, It may have even been played in ""mickey mouse" mode, either way the principal is the same and you hopefully get the idea :p

Let him try building the Swarm Feature with Wild Swarm on $0.20 and then raise on MAX to $1 a per spin...

He will then notice how many hundreds of bees he would need to trigger that feature on $1 if it was build on $0.20 and come to a realisation it does not work like that. Either shite load of bees or feature that pays x50.

@pokerhontis99 - If slots work like that to build up feature on lower bet and trigger it on higher bet, all of us would be taking advantage and be in profit of the casinos.

Not that i would recommend doing it, but on wild swarm you can actually fill it cheap and burst it on a big stake quite successfully.
Thebandit comes to mind. I know he has used that tactic in a few of his videos.
Super risky tho, because as you say it can take alot of time to pop it, and the bonus can pay bad.

But you see thats the thing, the fact of not knowing when its about to pop once Max has been reach is the scary part. I currently have a wild swarm feature build on $0.40 bet. I made over $500 in deposits and played at $0.40 bet and it still hasn't popped.

I get like 7 bees in 100 spins and none of them trigger, sometimes even when I do 100 auto spins I lose about $32 out of the $40. I gave that slot a break. I hope the bonus is worth it. Last time I got x800 Wild Swarm Bonus on $0.20 bet, but different casino of course.

PS: You normally start the feature with 3 beez, some how I started with 4 beez.Screenshot_20181016-121304.jpg

Wrong - it doesnt average it out. Plenty of evidence on youtube.

Im not saying it averages it out, but 99% of the time, the feature takes long when you up the stakes, closer to the result of the built up.
If the feature trigger, about 90% of the time that bonus could be bad.

Yeah, like i said, its nothing i would recommend doing.
Can go really good, but can also be really bad.
Best is to stick to Dead or alive 2 9p spins :D

Heresay and incorrect

Very few games let you raise the stake with a collectible bonus and not use the bonus on average stake Wild Swarm and that really bad megaways game flowers allows you to do that, not sure on how many more.
