Yes VPL Again

We are 4 days of no word about Vegas Partner Lounge. As a frequent flier member there for the last two years, I have never seen anything like this before. There is literally no way of contacting them. Phones are disconnected, emails sent to help and VIP host are being sent back. But yet their casino server is still running. I was getting disenchanted with them this past summer, but still concerned. Speculating, but the support centre is in South Africa, did they get busted? And how can a server be still running when everything else is disconnected? Server must be some where else, right.I sent the rep a message last week, no word yet. Is it going to be a wait and see situation? I'm really curious to know what happens in these situations.

I just tried, and live chat came up right away. They just got it back up.
