XXL Casino: Slow pay - No pay ??

Since sep. 12 I have been waiting for my withdrawal from XXL.
Sep. 15 I get a auto-mail that it has been processed to my neteller account, but no money shows up.
Sep. 20 I get a mail from support saying they are having "technical issues in releasing winnings" to their players.
I am in contact with the casino contact Frank, but he is at least one week between his answers, and his answers are just stalling replies to my query. No progress has been made as to when I will se my money, and I am rather tired of it.

Are others experiencing this kind of severe delay / non-payment from XXL?
 
Their payment processor 800pay having problems?

Or is XXL Club Casino facing financial difficulties and/or poor management?
 
Havent recieved any of their promotional mail for about a month

Frank has been online since this query has opened, and not responded!
 
The lack of response from Frank is worrying as he seemed to be quite forthcoming when posting in the forum a couple of months ago. There are likely to be even more casinos who face financial difficulties as they struggle to make ends meet with a dwindling customer base. I do hope that some of the lesser casinos, be they RTG, Playtech or MG actually wind up in the next year or so and leave only a handful behind so that there is no oversupply of casinos for the gambler's buck. This way they can continue to survive and better customer services will then ensue.

I just get noticed of this thread today thanks to chuchu59. Like I previously stated in a PM message I've send the neteller screenshot to 800Pay, they confirmed me the transfer was made to neteller. Until now we didn't receive a confirmation from neteller.

They also would not disclose with us any transaction related to your account.

Anyway I'll look again into it and hope to get some new information for you.

Are you having other problems with accepting neteller deposits and processing cashouts? I've heard that several Playtech sites including yours are auto-declining any Neteller transaction, and I know that Kiwi has removed it as a deposit option altogether a couple of weeks ago.
 
The strange thing lately is that we (our Payment processor in our name) have processed payouts to players neteller accounts and for unknown reason at least to me the players never got their account credited. This is getting investigated.

Ok, but it's very frustrating when nothing happens. And you haven't answered me about my other withdrawal still waiting while this one is being investigated: Why don't you just send me a bank check for that?

for the record: I have 2 withdrawals, the one originally mentioned, and another being held hostage while the first withdrawal hopefully is being sorted out.

I can understand your frustration but I hope you can understand that we can't send 2 time the same payment before resolving this issue with neteller. But I'm sure it will be sorted out for you. All your previous cashouts were handled just fine and in a timely manner. I also absolutely believe you that you didn't get your cashout credited to your account. By some other players with no history in our casino it looks a little more suspicious.

No, deposits using neteller work just fine, not sure if from every countries so but Germany,UK,France,Russia,Spain,Italia etc. are working just fine as of yesterday at least.
 
While I believe that Schweiger should be patient with his first withdrawal, the 2nd one should be released to him using another payment method as quickly as possible.

Probably just the playtech bonus ban thing then for some of the people I've heard it from.

the main problem here is that when an account get investigated we first need to resolve the first issue or things could get messed up even more. Schweiger being a long time loyal player in our casino I'll see what else could be done in the mean time.

And the worst thing is you do not reply to my emails other than some kind off bull s##t auto bot mailing thing you suck and you lie.

dam to you not have anykind off honour with such dribble as you post at casinomeister off all places. LOL i will pm you offcourse because you will pay me thats for sure.

And it was not a big withdrawl but im allmost down to my lasts after a shity 2 months here is the line you hit me with in my email from yur club lol.

Please PM me your casino account so I can clarify this with our payment processor. I'm not aware of any actual moneybookers technical issue.

Sadly, this does you no favours. The rep has actually been one of the more forthcoming we have ever seen here for a Playtech branded casino. This problem is probably down to Neteller. Neteller have an appalling reputation for this kind of thing, and it once took me 9 MONTHS to work out what on earth was going on.
The problem was that the payment processor must have a merchant account at Neteller. They send an instruction to Neteller to transfer the payout to the player's Neteller account. If the merchant account does not have the funds at the time to process the transaction, it will fail, however, as far as the payment processor is concerned, it will succeed. If the payment processor receives a complaint, Neteller will not disclose details related to the customer account where payment has been made, however, if the PLAYER takes it up with Neteller, they will be told to contact the MERCHANT.
I broke the 9 month deadlock by contacting eCogra, and threatening Neteller with a complaint to the FSA.
If this is a repeat EXACTLY of my problem, the player will see the withdrawal from XXLClub on their statement as an attempted payment, but it will be marked as "declined" by Neteller. This means the merchant account is NSF for the transfer. If there is no sign whatsoever in the player account, the problem is probably one of those notorious "timeout" issues in reverse, where the processor makes payment, but the money ends up in limbo somewhere and is hard to trace due to Neteller's lack of cooperation - they will not deal with one of the two parties to find a resolution, they have to deal with both, and this relies on internal communications working well, which they don't.
As this seems to be a persistent problem, and over a couple of months, there is the danger of the casino becoming seen as a bad risk or rogue, and this will cause them to lose players, both current and new.
As said, this is not the first time that Playtech casinos have had trouble with Neteller, and I get the impression that Neteller do not really trust the processors involved with Playtech, and this is what has lead to past problems at Kiwi and others.
XXLClub should recognise these as "exceptional circumstances" and pay players by other means on request even where normal procedure is to pay out to Neteller. Once the issue is resolved with Neteller and the affected players, normal procedures can be resumed. New players of undefined risk can simply be asked to wait for a while to ensure their deposit clears before being paid by an alternative method. Neteller claim they do not allow chargebacks, so if casinos worry about this, or have even had it happen, then Neteller are liars! (I know this, they have lied to me on occasion, and lied to all their US clients last February).

Not neteller lol and i sent a pm to the rep he sent 1 back but i still have not heard from him or the casino.

Also the way i have been treated by xxl club has been appalling and i have every right to tell him he sucks and hes still sucking as he has not sorted it out.

And when he does he will not get any thanks from me as there should off been no problems at all in 1st place.

Well, that title was totally unwarranted. Even if VWM was slightly wrong on the facts, that was no reason to chide him. If you had bothered to read his posts, you will understand that he always stands by the players and rebuke the casinos for their tardiness and wrongdoings.
