Just wanted to inform others about the shamefull operation

is. suddenly they locked my account so i couldn't acces my founds afterwards they did'nt answer any emails. After approx. 8 months they told me, on an email, that i could get my money, but was a lie too, because now it's over 6 months and the balance is forfeited.. What a bunch of loosers destroying the gamin industry!

Who did you use to process your funding at Star Luck? I used EZ Processing, Paypal and E-Check. I played sometimes with 100.00 or 75.00. The last time I used 75.00, I won 7500.00. This was last week. After faxing in my id documentations, the money was deposited in my Paypal account . They even asked me which methrod I wanted to be paid. I was treated very good by customer service. They contacted me first and informed me of my balance and went thru the steps of withdrawing my money. For a large sum of money like I received and placed back into my account in one week, I think that is excellent. Did by any chance you used proc cyber, because if you did, I can underatand why you did not get your money and was locked out.
Did you contact EZCash at info@ezecash.com. Ask for a Marion or Kenneth at 1800-7734829. TheY uSUALLY ANSWER THE PHON 24 HOURS.

The only other thing I was told that if YOU wrote a lot of checks, they would have to be processed first. But my money was avaiable so this did not cause a delay.

I know I heard of others that said they had problems with Star Luck, but I just don't see it. Can you be more specific as to what caused these problems?
Maybe they have gotten their act together. I was treated with courtesy and respect and was offered all the assistance that I may require.

After I lost my $100-initial deposit to their BJ, I requested them for my 20 % bonus i.e. $20- as they promised on their web site.

Three e-mails mailed to them, no answer, no explanation and finally they solved my problem by closing my account. Easy !!!! Uhhh !!!!

Everything was alright until they suddenly closed my account and stopped answering my emails for a long time. When they finally answered it i was told that it could get my balance, but this informations wasn't true. Due to no response for a year they had closed my account og forfeitted my accout due to terms. If this isn't regular stealing i don't know what is it!!!!
