Casino2021bet.com closed my account without explanation and confiscated balance

Have recently opened account with Casino2021bet.com, operated by SG International LP.


Deposited 200 euros, no bonus taken.


During December, they locked my account and I was getting a message that my country was prohibited.

I emailed them and provided them a screenshot that my account was not prohibited and they responded that it was a mistake from their side and that I was free to continue using their services.





All were ok for the next 3-4 weeks.


However, i am now unable to log into my account for 2 months.



Balance in my account was 662 euros on that day.


Customer support first said that they are updating their platform



After 8 days, they claimed they still updating their platform



That was their last response from them, about 2 months ago. Have sent them another 5-6 emails and they simply ignored all my messages.
All in all, they closed my account and confiscated my balance without any explanation.

Have used Betpat before which was operated from same company before they closed and paid fine, that's why i registered with Casino2021bet as well.

Apart from that, SG International LP had solved all complaints posted at askgamblers which was a good thing.

Obviously it was not the best choice, yet, there are not many options left for me so in a way i am forced to registered on those small casinos.

Anyways, my chances to get paid are minimal, i only wanted to warn community about those scammers
