Hello,

yesterday I registered on "https://www.kolikkopelit.com" and I received the 5 Euro no deposit bonus. I played the game "Riches of Ra" and some hours later I achieved the bonusconditions and my bonusmoney turned into withdrawable realmoney. Then I applied a pay-out of 150 euroes. Some hours ago, the casino send me this mail:

"Hi Tobias!

Unfortunately we had to void your cashout request. We provide playing site only for Finnish players.
Thank you for understanding.
I wish you a pleasant day.

So they closed my account and stopped my pay-out request, because I am not from Finland.
When I registered to the Casino it was possible to chose any country, Germany included. In the Terms of Service of "https://www.kolikkopelit.com" there is no word about the fact, that only finnish people can play and withdraw there. The Live-support of the homepage is unreasonable. I sent a complaint to the Lotteries & Gaming Authority Malta and I hope they can help me.

As a Finn, I can confirm that their T&C do not restrict the casino for only players from Finland. I think you should write about this directly to their email support asiakaspalvelu@kolikkopelit.com. I would be very surprised if you won't be paid.
 
I also went through their T&C and it indeed doesn't state clearly that the casino is only for Finnish players. One could probably figure this out by looking at deposit and withdraw methods which tell you that you can deposit with credit card, mobile or straight from your Finnish bank account but you can only withdraw funds to your Finnish bank account.

It seems odd that they don't verify that a user has a Finnish bank account during the registration when it clearly is mandatory for one to be able to make a withdrawal. I can see foreign players making credit card deposits and then getting denied any possible winnings.

I hope they paid you but solely from their statement above players should exercise extra caution before depositing with these people.
 
That seems odd. First they only take Finnish players and now it was a mistake and they paid you? :what:

Anyhow glad you got paid, but I agree it's best to use caution. Maybe we should all go there and ask "Do you take players from my country?" and see what happens.
