Would not recommend Royal Plaza Casino

I made a first deposit at this casino today and it is old software with
just some of the microgaming slots. I mean it is old and ugly. I
went to collect the 100% bonus that they offer on their web site but did
not get it. I called, they said promo over six months ago
although the 100% bonus is still clearly on the site. Don't waste your
money and your time on this casino. Should not be an accredited casino
list in my humble opinion!

I told him Casinomeister, he says they are not responsible if
I download somewhere othere than their website!! Also, says
that the 100% match is not on the website which it clearly is.
I told him I had others to go to the site also just to make sure
I'm not seeing things. This casino is not honest I certainly
would not trust them to pay after this little deal.

You can't "download" from my site. You can visit their site from mine, but there is no download process at all. They are listed on the Accredited Casino section - and that's it. They belong to a very upstanding group. I'm really surprised you are running into any problems with them.

Just to let you know, I am currently looking into this issue. Once I have ascertained the facts of the case I will provide Hypergirl with a full explanation as to what has happened.

Would Not Recommend Royal Plaza

Casinomeister, I should have said link instead of download. The guy started
to say something about not being responsibility but kind of quit in mid sentence
like he knew that sounded kind of dumb. I am surprised I had trouble also because I have never had a problem with any casino on the reputable casino list. Have you gone to the website, it does clearly say 100% match but the
guy yesterday said it was no where on the site. Well, most lessons in life
are learned the hard way! I appreciate the feed back from you guys. Next
time I'll call before I deposit.

Hypergirl Complaint Resolved- The Match Bonus Has Been Honoured

Firstly I would like to apologise the members of this forum for taking so long to post this reply

Fortunately I have some good news Hypergirl. After contacting the Royal Plaza Casino Manager, I have been informed that she has been awarded the match bonus she originally attempted to claim.
