Withdrawl From Club World Mix Up

So I make a withdrawl from Club World yesterday. I wake up and check my email and of course I get the form letter " Your withdrawl has been decilned and returned to your players account".
I send a letter back and say : "Can you not at least tell me why without me having to do another email"??

Why can't CW send an email that says your withdrawl has been declined BECAUSE...dadadada. I mean everyone wants to know WHY.....They make you send another email to find out...all the time hoping you will get frustrated and just keep playing. I have NEVER reversed a withdrawl in my life and never will.

So I find out the reason they declined was to remove the bonus from the withdrawl. However I delibertly left enough in my account to cover the bonus. But of course rather than take it from my account they take it from my withdrawl.

So I just went in and withdrew what ever I had left to play with. So in the long run they lose the amount I had left to gamble with.

Why do they do this crap?

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
That's disapointing. Normally i don't leave any money in my clubworld account when i have a payout, as i don't want to be tempted to play beyond my balance.

I cash out, they then do decline the withdrawal, and then approve based on the amount with the bonus subtracted.

Thanks for this information.

Pam

Regarding the decline to remove bonus issues, Tom explains it in this post, but I still don't see why it isn't automatically removed as per other RTG's I've played at in the past.

Ya thats my point. They can just remove the bonus instead of taking all the extra steps. Most just remove the bonus from the remaing balance in the account. If you don't leave any balance in your account then sure they have to take it from the withdrawl.

I always get my money from Club World it just frustrates me how they do things

I have never had a withdrawal declined and put back into my account after removing the bonus.

What I do is withdraw whatever I want to withdraw plus the bonus amount, usually it's all of it. I have seen in my history where they have declined the withdrawal, removed the bonus and then made the withdrawal, but never put it back in my account.

I don't understand the difference but possibly Tom can explain it.

Same here...once I had a $50 freebie with a 10x max cashout and I asked, they said withdraw $550 and we'll remove the bonus. I'm sure the reasoning is that if I was to withdraw $500 and leave $50 in my account and they took back the bonus and then cashed out $450, that $50 that's still in my account would be wasted because of the max cashout on the free chip, and then I would have complained about it! :)

I'm not sure what the issue would be for bonuses that don't have a max cashout, but anything that does, if you withdraw the max+the bonus then it's all automatic. It has been for me anyhow. Or if you withdraw less than that as long as your balance is at zero it works usually too.

Tom answered that in another thread - the form email you received is just that - an automated form letter just to let you know that it was returned to your account. If they didn't have those, you might be waiting for your withdrawal and not know that it was declined. But because it's automated they can't tell you the reason, just that it happened.

Like other posters have mentioned - I always withdraw The full amount in my balance. They decline the WD, remove the bonus funds, then approve it. Its just a matter of a minute and its transferred to Neteller. I honestly do not see any issue with this.

Agree with this-except mine goes to paymycard-but same principle.

Why is it "crap"?

Unless this is your first ever cashout involving a bonus, you would know that they do things like that.

I really don't see the big issue here.

Was your cashout approved straight after? It's what usually happens.

You are right in saying the decline email should always have a reason attached. It's something CW says DOES happen, but we know it does NOT.

Ya I got my money. I made a withdrawl from another RTG recently and they took the bonus money from what was left in my player account. So I left the extra money in my player account instead of my withdrawl amount. It is all straight now

They do decline the w/d, remove the bonus and then place the remainder in your account but its for only a minute or too so you might not even notice it. Then they perform a manual withdrawal for you.

Yes, I have noticed that in my 'history' in the cashier section. They 'decline' then approve within seconds. So, I guess when withdrawing, you just add the bonus percentage amount on to your requested withdrawel amount, which should be then, ok...so that the bonus will be removed.

Hi All,

Yes, if you have won with a bonus we need to return the funds to your balance by declining the withdrawal so we can remove the bonus chips. Then we immediately re-request the withdrawal for you and approve it.

Sometimes when players win they like to leave some funds in their account to continue playing without having to make another deposit.

The best thing to do if you wish to withdraw your entire balance is to request a withdrawal for the full amount – this way your intentions are clear.

Kind Regards
Tom

Normally, casinos would prefer this, but it seems RTG software gets itself tangled up when players do so. It seems withdrawing everything and redepositing just the amount you want to play with back soon after suits RTG software. Unfortunately, it saddles the operator with additional transaction fees because players have to withdraw and redeposit straight away in order to carry on playing.

RTG software was designed to flood players with bonuses, so the players who just want to play on past WR are not catered for, meaning EVERY player has to play like a "bonus whore" in order to have the least complicated experience upon withdrawing.

Some RTG operators seem to have found ways around this, but it seems CWC have not managed it.

The automated email can be a problem when this happens, as the player gets the decline message, but not any further indication that this is purely because the money has spent a brief couple of minutes in the account before being sent on it's way manually.

What could help is if when the bonus is removed and the withdrawal requested manually, a further automated email is sent to say that the withdrawal has been "manually approved". Most players will see both, and will only see the decline if they happen to check their emails during the few minutes the process takes.

More often than not this email is sent. An email stating the w/d is declined followed in quick succession by another email stating the w/d has been manually approved. The second email is titled 'Neteller/Skrill/e-wallet w/d authorized. However, there are times where you dont get the second email but when you receive the first decline email you know for certain that the funds will be in your ewallet within minutes.
