withdrawal at golden tiger ... wheres the money gone?

hi on monday i made a withdrawal at golden tiger casino (part of casino rewards) as i checked my banking on thursday it was empty not pending and as they have a 3 day wait i expected it in bank friday and it was not there, checked on casino banking for withdrawals and shows nil withdrawals for november. so go onto live chat ask the question wheres my money and was told he will transfer me to someone who can help. then it comes on dedicated team you are number 3 in queue estimated waiting time 16 mins, after 37 mins i was timed out so log onto casino same chap told him i had waited 37mins and been logged out, he said right i will put you on again this time i was number 2,another 12 mins and i was in. asked where money was and was told the processor they used is not doing withdrawals anymore (but you can still deposit with them).he asked me to use skrill or another method. which i said no only trust my bank so just send me a check told no can do but we can do bank wire transfer, he told me how to do it so said ok bye for now. went onto banking found the bank transfer went to input details and it said no funds available, minimum withdrawal £300. back to chat same again transfered again this time number 3 after staying at 3 for 15 mins i thought sod this i will send an email its quicker.my main gripe was if the funds could not be paid back to bank card when were they going to inform me and wheres the money gone. now waiting for there response. shocking customer service and i have played there for over 15 years.

Have you tried contacting @Renee_RA ? I believe she's on vacation so looking into this might take a bit longer than usual.

not a problem went onto chat again yesterday and usual you are number 3 estimated wait is 16 mins 10.30 num, 3 10.38 num 2, 10.57 num, 1 11.19 spoke to a human. upshot is asked them to put £500 back into a/c so i could use the swift wire transfer as it would not let me use as minimum is £300.he said cant do that told him the problem it doesnot work.told to hang on while he checked.he came back with send bank a/c number with iban nunber to payments team by email and he will let them know. did as asked but not happy about having to send such info by email. now just waiting,still cannot understand why i had to ask wheres my money when if they had aproblem with processor did they not inform me. bad customer service.
 
they have now sorted the withdrawal and sent it, how long does bank wire take never used that method.
In todays world shouldnt take more then few hours 🙂
I get paid in 30 min when withdrawing to my bank during buesness hours from Neteller
So you should have it tomorrow morning
 
day 2 just checked still not in bank we are talking about casino rewards so must be 3 plus days.
Hmm yes but once processed shouldnt take long i know they have a pending period of 48 hours during weekdays but once thats passed you should have your cash the day after 🙂

just gtor an email from them stating it has been processed and will take between 6 to 10 days. thats slow considering i made withdrawal on monday the 2nd nov.
