Casino Rewards has turned into a huge conglomerate of casinos, they keep absorbing other groups - from the website, these are the casinos that they currently own:

Blackjack Ballroom ♠ Online Casino Casino Action ♠ Casino Classic ♠ Zodiac Casino ♠ UK Casino Club ♠ Nostalgia Casino
Quatro Casino ♠ Villento Casino ♠ Aztec Riches Casino ♠ Grand Mondial Casino ♠ Casino Kingdom ♠ Captain Cooks Casino
Golden Tiger Casino ♠ Rich Reels Casino ♠ Lucky Emperor Casino ♠ Phoenician Casino ♠ Strike It Lucky Casino ♠ Virtual City Casino
Yukon Gold Casino ♠ Golden Reef Casino ♠ Challenge Casino ♠ Music Hall Casino ♠ Casino Share ♠ Players Palace Casino
Colosseum Casino ♠ Luxury Casino ♠ Vegas Slot Casino ♠ Grand Hotel Casino ♠ Vegas Country Casino

The big problem with CR is that their marketing is pretty lax, most people constantly get offers they're not eligible for. If you've played that freebie at any one of the other casinos in the stable, you probably won't be allowed to claim it again. You could always go to the CR website (casinorewards dot com) and click the 'contact us' and there's a live chat - check with them to see if you're eligible for that bonus at least before bothering to download the casino.

If you're eligible, then play it! Good luck... :)

Thanks Chayton

I will do that! :D

I wouldn't bother.

I checked it out as I was curious, and after downloading the software, you have to spin a wheel 5 times to win 1 of several amounts, then after the 5th you then have to make a small deposit to claim the winnings/bonus.

I received a letter through the post with this offer. Offering a 50 no deposit bonus. I signed up and yes you get 5 shots on a spin wheel. That's your 50 bonus. I actually received 20 bonus from this and to get it you have to deposit 10 cents.
I did this ,played , lost.
And then when looking down my list of casino's discovered I already had an account which I must have opened years ago.
Which means they sent me this offer knowing I already had an account. Which means, to me anyway, that they would continue to accept deposits but I would never be able to withdraw, ever. Probably at all my other casino reward accounts too.
Very clever and cunning if you ask me.
I will not be depositing at any casino reward casino again. They have me by the short and curlies.

I knew that would annoy people. I've been bugging them about it, but they don't seem to understand.

Would you be happier and more likely to stick around there if they just gave you the $50 free as advertised?

Please post if this type of advertising annoys you. In my opinion, it is false advertising, and it annoys me as both an affiliate and a player. I won't be advertising it as $50 free on my site, simply because it's not.

I was thinking this just as I was reading your post,in my eyes it is false advertising too-its a sheer lie!

Specifically says "No Deposit",yet you still have to deposit.

In my eyes a casino that blatantly lies isn't really giving me any reason to make a deposit there.

For a company with the largest portfolio of casinos on the net they really do need some lessons in customer relations and basic work ethics, I used to regularly deposit with several of their brands when one day - boom, I went way ahead in the deposits/withdrawals ratio, they then blocked me from cashing in my loyalty points (£75 worth), now this would have irritated me a whole heap less if this amount was accumulated via bonuses, but it wasn`t, it was loyalty points earned fair and square through playing games.

I have not played there since and never will. disgusting behaviour imho, I know I am not alone here also.

In addition to your issue, a number of affiliates have stated that they believe Casino Rewards ("CR") also do this to move players away from other CR properties, where they have been introduced by and "tagged" to an affiliate, to a CR casino where they are no longer tagged. Assuming that happens and whether or not it's a deliberate tactic if it does, CR may well stand to save money if the player switches over by stopping the affiliate commissions due.

Apparently I do have an account there, therefore not eligable

I dont recall it but thats not really saying much since Im pretty sure I'm with practically every casino out there..

However after looking at everyones comments on this thread. Its probably a good thing, I couldnt/ and didnt take the offer.

Thanks everyone!:D
I will do that! :D

That's typical. A few years ago I was getting tons of CDs from them - I was getting them here and Ray was getting them here and at work - One week between the two of us we got 8 CDs from CR casinos with offers that we couldn't use! :)

Bonuses from Casino Rewards

:mad:Well be aware of the bonuses from Casino Rewards.
I lost my head - and spent my entire bankroll on Virtual City Casino - around $1000 :sob:

Anyways the fault was mine entirely - no problem with the Casino.

Then it turned out that I could claim $400 in bonus points - nice surprise :) - but again - I struggled and bet heavily in order to try to restore my account :machinegu - so they went away quickly - and i got mad at my self - sigh.

Anyway - the heavy deposits and bets - made me a VIP - and i got an e-mail that i could just say the word - then i could get another $100 bonus into my account - i replyed - and then went into my account - making it ready for the new and maybe last chance to regain some of my losses - but i found the account not entirely in 0.000 - and then i kept winning allthough i tryed the opposite - typical my luck  - so the bonus 100 reached my account before 0.00 - making the wagering requirements enourmous - since the other 400x30 (12.000) plus the new 100x30 - 15.000w.r. - made it impossible to reach a point where anything uesfull could be cashed out!!

Well - still my fault - but hang on  here my point comes :

Still so VIP - or still so happy of the 1000 i lost at CR-group I got another 50 in bonus-points - this time i made sure my account was 0.00000 before i claimed the new chance at winning some - and I made the miracle won like around 100 - more than the 50 - so i would be able to cash them out - losing around the 40 there was left - but when i looked at my account - ALL the money stood as Bonus-money!!!

I got into live-chat - and the only thing they could come up with was, that there must have been some "open bets" - but sinci i had been playing for some hours - they could not tell me wich !! Bummer ! Lost again!!!!

But wait theres more : (now you might actually learn some) I got another bonus deposit - this time with some player points - it summed up to 40 dollars. Now i got in chat - made sure that no open bets or few cents was in my way - and then I claimed them and played and doubled them up quite quickly :) - but again - they ALL stood as bonus-money again !!!!

Got into chat again - and THEN i learned this : The pending or old bonuses are not zeroed until you make another deposit!!!!

Just to inform ALL of you who havent learned it the hard way as I did

Sometimes,I'm sure they make the bonus/comp terms so difficult to understand on purpose.

Anyone with decency and common sense would have said the first time you enquired, after your open bets problem, that you also needed to make another deposit.

But no,they spring it on you.

If the terms aren't straight forward-I play somewhere where I know they will be.

These guys are getting pretty relentless on my email inbox too-must get at least 1 every 2 days, they're starting to outnumber the emails selling erection pills!

If you have decided to play there or just deciding to take a free chip, it would help if you knew what accounts you already have.

I would advise that you visit casinorewards-dotcom - you should have a username and password to log in if you play at any of their casinos. This will give you an account of ALL Accounts registered to your email address and will assist you in determining IF you signed up at the same Casino in 2007.

Cheers,

Nate

Interesting;

I thought they had a simple tool in the back end that enabled them to determine this, but this implies that they just look at Playcheck, and with thousands of games, there is simply too much data, so they put all their faith in the bonus system to tell them that there are open bets because the WR has not zeroed out.

This is fine if the system is reliable, but we have found it is not, with the bug in Multi player Wheel of Wealth causing a raft of complaints from players that their deposits had turned to bonus, with CS initially claiming it was due to open bets.

Clearly, they have been guessing all this time, and when players are being told this, it is guesswork, rather than there actually being a specific open bet found. This means that if this bug were to occur again, operators are NOT equipped to handle it, and players will get screwed until some player really forces the issue to some kind of dispute resolution, such as PAB or eCogra.

Interesting also that if a bug went the other way, and cancelled WR when it shouldn't, or a bonus was mistakenly credited as cash, the trust in the bonus tracking system could lead to a situation that favoured the player, and the casino would only notice when aggregate figures made it appear something wasn't quite right.

What if playing multi player games had the opposite effect, for example the wagering of ALL players counting towards YOUR WR. You could then sit on the slot spinning 1 line at 1 cent, and let the others complete your WR. You then play for "hours" on tiny bets to make Playcheck so full of data that CS can't check for evidence of this oddity. The actual bug seemed to be the opposite, with other players' bonuses somehow adding to YOUR WR.

Casino Rewards Casinos

Seems to me this group make a lot of misleading promises of "free cash" No Deposit!! If you "win " their free money, you have to deposit 20 and can't withdraw. (The minimum withdrawal is 50) The free money turns out to be 100 free-play which you have to roll over 30 times. So if you roll it over and don't win over 50 you can't withdraw.( I am talking about the 2500 free promotion.) Better you go to approved casino with no tricks involving bonus, withdrawal problems and tons of rules and regs. to trap you.

You will STILL see this particular type of offer. It is a Microgaming thing, and many casinos, even accredited ones, use it, and often in the same misleading manner because of how the offer is worded.

they are crooks all of them, i registred at this casino 2 weeks ago and made a deposit and played with bonus, i requested withdraw of 800€ (i deposited 10€) i sent all the documentation they needed, day after i got email from payment team that my account were verifyed and my cashout is prossesed day after. 2 days later i check my neteller and they didnt pay my winnings, i go back to live chat and they tell me that my account need documentation and my withdraw was sent back to account. it really pissed me off and i told him why he lied as i have confirmation from payment team that they recived and approved my documents. the live chat told me to send it again as they "lost" my documentations.

to top of that i played all my winnings due to this BS and closed all my account at casino rewards. crooks.

I have mixed feelings about these offers.
I agree that the wording "no deposit" is a bit misleading, though not an outright lie because you do get the free-play chips before you deposit.

But as long as you read all the T&Cs first (which everyone should ALWAYS do when considering ANY bonus), you will know what the full deal is before you decide to take it or not.
And some of these deals are actually extremely good, because if you manage to win the maximum with the free-play, you can get a bonus equivalent to up to 500% (or even more) of your deposit amount, with a WR of only the Bonus x 30.
I don't know any MG casinos who offer bonuses that good as straight forward deposit bonuses.

I think it's a bit harsh to call them "crooks" over your experience.
You had a bit of a problem with your cash-out - who hasn't as some time or other?
But instead of being patient and getting it sorted out, you blew away your very sizable win.
Sorry, but you can only blame yourself for that - not the casino.
