Tbh I don't really understand crypto and it tends to come with a lot of third party fees, I prefer fiat where possible. Don't think revolut is a thing in NZ either.

It's like a bank account but more advanced, with almost any fiat and cryptocurrency account options in one place that you can use for receiving, sending, selling, buying, and exchanging.

If you have crypto, you don't even need to sell it - you can simply take cash from an ATM if you want.

Otherwise, you can sell it and send it to your NZD bank account or just take out cash using Revolut's plastic card.

One thing to remember is that when somebody sends you crypto, it goes through their checks, and if they spot a suspicious sender, the payment will get rejected.

Recently it happened to me, and I thought, WTF to do now...

But they said that I could use any BTC wallet to return funds, and it doesn't need to be the one from where the funds were sent. So I used my other crypto wallet.
