been bitten in the ass by them today, partly my own fault but its more of a lesson learnt not to play there again rather than anything else :)

so i havent touched playtech in a while and they offered me a £13 bonus, they even called it cashback, and there was no mention of any wagering requirements in the playtech casino account options, so in theory i could of withdrawn the money straight away or attempted to :) anyway i played for a bit won £30 and withdrew it successfully, all good and processed:)

same offer arrives next day and this time i lose, i subsequently decide to play another £30 and lose that, then 1 final deposit of £50, both times i reject the bonuses offered on these deposits, i win decently on 1 game and im up to £122 ish, so decide to call it a day and withdraw it,

checking my emails today i see they have cancelled the withdrawal with this email,

You recently requested a withdrawal after receiving a bonus.

Please note, however, that you did not comply with our bonus policy, either by not wagering the minimum required total bets or by wagering on excluded games (please review the list of excluded games at

).

We have therefore declined your withdrawal request and returned the withdrawal amount to your account. You are kindly asked to wager an additional 1741 in allowed games before requesting another withdrawal.

Sincerely,

Winner.com Finance Team

now my mistake here was probably 2 fold, i did play marvel games with the original £13 "bonus" im guessing they are frowned upon, (although the link they provided to games not to play dosent work lol...) with no wagering requirement, which i lost, but refused the subsequent 2 bonuses on the next 2 deposits,

I did ask CS to tell me where the £1741 wagering requirement came from, and logging back into the casino there was still no playthrough requirement showing up in the account.

anyway lost my money attempting to playthrough, after giving up trying to get a direct answer from cs about how they arrived at this wagering requirement.

Back to the proper casinos today :)

the only mistakes i think i made was playing marvel jackpot games, with the bonus money, as any progressive slot is generally frowned upon, and secondly i probably left a few pennies in the account of this bonus money whilst making my first £30, and second £50 deposit, so the invisible wagering requirement stayed active, i would guess the original wagering requirement that you couldnt see was £2000, as i wasnt playing for too long at £1 spins on daredevil :)

ive been playing there on and off for a while, and never had any issues, but since coming to this site, ive seen there are better playtech casinos to use, so its more a lesson learnt on my behalf to stick with the good ones :)

Similar thing happened to me at Inetbet (accredited). They didn't pay me.

The only other time I've ever broken T&Cs was at Club Gold (un-accredited). BTW Club Gold still paid me so kudos to them.

Some online casinos use the T&Cs to protect themselves rather than customers, void winnings, or stall payments etc. This has the possibility to happen at both accredited and un-accredited casinos. Play where you know they will pay :)

you maybe had a couple cents on your account from the bonus, which held an extreme wagering because of the grogr games. and if you dont play every cent of your balance, you make it stick to your next deposit

just to rub salt into the wounds they send me another email today,

£7 has been placed into your account as part of our cash back promotion.

This money is yours to enjoy no strings attached.

We want to thank you for participating in our cash back special

Please add us to your safe sender list to ensure you never miss great deals and keep checking your email for more exclusive offers from Winner Casino.

i wont be depositing there again, but it baffles me more that this so called cashback has no strings...

I really can not understand this. You received 13€ bonus. Played it and withdrawed 30€ and got this 30€ to your bank account?
It is not possible after that you would have wager, unless you took a new bonus.
Allso I think marvels are allowed to play at winner casino with bonus money (not sure, have to check it)

the first withdrawal has been done for £30 no problems,

the second identical bonus/free money £13 i lost with then made 2 further real deposits (£30 / £50 )and declined both popup bonuses,

i checked the free £7 bonus they offered yesterday and it had no wagering, after logging in they offered me a further £12 bonus with wagering and this showed up in the account as expected with a x12 playthrough, so im just dumbfounded where in situation where i had issues, the £1741 wagering came from :), i might chase it up in the week, in real money terms i lost £50 overall, and of course my potential winning, which thankfully isnt a big issue, and was won back at unibet and 32 red .
