Win from free spins bonus wasn't credited at Thrill!!!

First of all is not an accusation against thrill, they are studing the situation, but here i go:

was playing there in the iPhone, after play some slots... decide to go and play one of my fav slot SIMBAD, when the slot opened a message appear and said you have unfinish game, so i click to finish/play it, was the bonus round, all was good and a good win too $241 at 1,60 bet:

you can see the total win : $241.88 and my balance is $61.72, then when the bonus end the balance not change, the bonus win wasnt credited.

So anyone else have a problem like this in the past in any other slot?

Thrill support are working on it to find what happen, and they are really nice to me since I play there, as soon as I have an update I will post it

This happened to me before. I left just as the freespins ended...but for some reason it made me replay a couple spins when I logged back in with the same outcome obviously.

Do you recall being paid for this win possibly? because thats what may have happened here. You were paid but they made you replay some. It happened to me the other day actually

Curious what they will find...Maybe some error in the slot?
 
update: ....the problem was escalated to the software provider... so let see what they answer:)
 
I strongly suspect you have been already paid the winnings from that bonus round.

Quickspin repeats the last few spins, with obviously the same outcome, should there be a disconnection or other problems mid-play.

I have the same problem at Videoslots with any Yardsgasil games. What I suspect is my pc is not capable of handling the graphics required for this operator so play stops for my vision but outcome is credited regardless, I just don't get to see play.
 
here.... thirll support said me that they don´t have response from the game provider yet..... what do i need to do... wait yes i know but what more ??

Sorry if this has been answered already, but don't you recall having such a win Thrills?
I do believe Sinbad was released last year, so it wouldn't be years ago.
If you did indeed get this win before I'm not sure what you expect of them now?

the release day was in May 2014 if im not wrong. What im only expect is more investigation, about this, i was playing online since 1996 and never ever have a situation like this..
 
Hey flopfreddy, I give up about this, im following what DANB9191 said to me and I just closed my account. Dont want to have a problem like this again with thrill.
