Will Microgaming EVER Come Back To The Good Old Usa?

I loved microgaming software and never had problems getting paid whenever I won. I was always paid within 2 days and could always flush my withdrawals. Every since they left the Us market things have really gone downhill ... RTG is the only option we have as US players and really want my microgaming casinos back. Does anyony know if there is anything in the works for this anytime soon? Thanks in advance for those who reply!

I don't see why they would go back unless the US deregulates the online gaming market and last time I checked, you guys were pretty far from there.

The USA is a huge market and they would really love to have a share of the action provided they dont encounter legal problems. Online gaming is a business and where profits are to be made they will continue to try ways to re-enter the market.

It's getting better, with online lottery about to start soon and Nevada offering online poker to state residents. However, it is probably a long way off before countrywide online casino gambling is allowed. My guess is at least 2 years, but more like 4

Here in Ontario Canada online gambling will start in 2013 and be regulated. If the RTP is good I will only play in my province. At least i will know the withdrawl will be handled promply and I won't have any worryu about getting paid.

My point is I see the same thing happening in the US before long so don't expect microgaming anytime soon.

If more countries start online gambling it will spell hard times for the current casinos. Times are a changing

The chance of Micrograming ever coming back to the U.S. is minimal at best. If online gambling were to suddenly become legalized and regulated then Microgaming would likely have to bid on a license to provide to residents. Unfortunately due to the political landscape I find it HIGHLY unlikely that any company without ties to Vegas, Indian Gaming, or Atlantic City would ever be awarded a license to provide software.

I think the only hope for residents is that the UEIGA were to get overturned or general enforcement of gambling transactions were to cease and at that point Microgaming may wade back into the waters of the USA.

As far as any law regulating online gambling on a federal level goes... well I think the chances we see such a law in the next 10 years would again be fairly minimal. Numerous states are working on proposals with Lotteries and Poker to in-state residents. I just personally don't see how a federally regulated system would work in the USA. Too many people oppose the legalization of gambling. Too many big companies would stand to lose money (Casino Companies). Not enough e-gambling lobbyists. Look as far as Sheldon Addelson.. he would likely throw a billion dollars or more to ensure anything were to get shot down.

Not quite... A good friend of the family is a highly respected casino junket rep that works with some major
land based casinos in the states to bring high rollers in. She has been contacted by a big name casino in Vegas
who mentioned that they're launching online gaming soon and wants her to be aware and her services will be needed.
This means SOMETHING will happen in a little while, not necessarily in ALL U.S. states, but it's coming, and when it comes
it's gonna be BIG. I'm thinking the REAL WHEEL OF FORTUNE slots we love in B&M casinos, ONLINE. No more blatant
rip-offs like "Wheel of cash" or some bullshit like that. Most slots we see in Vegas style casinos will be ported directly to online.

The U.S.A. knows its BLEEDING money by not having online gaming regulated and I assure you, the U.S. government
DOES NOT like to bleed money.
