Hi all, recently won a reasonably slized amount from winkslots, I've won from them in the past and received my winnings within the week. But this time i got a message saying my account would be blocked if i didn't send Id within two days. Fair enough, i sent it off and still waiting for then to accept it. Now the alert for mt account is gone but i get a message saying there's some withdrawal restriction on my account and i can't currently cash out. This was in fact after i pressed withdraw on my winnings (on Saturday, they only start the processing the first working day) so my question is, will i still get ny winnings? I stupidly spelt my namw Amy on the website when its ami.

You should be OK as casinos must verify ID by 2k of cumulative withdrawals. Assuming ID is OK they'll remove the withdrawal restriction.

Hi, So if im correct in thinking Winkslots are still part of the 888 Casino network. Then i would avoid playing them again and close all accounts with them like i did. They have 1994 waiting times for withdrawals and its 2018 for gods sake. And so many better operators with a smoother more rewarding experience then these scumbags. Being that you have provided all the relevant I.D they require and it meets there requirements you should receive your money. But in your case with a time limit etc. I would get a contact telephone number of there site and call them up. To avoid any unnecessary waiting time when communicating with them via live chat and email. Hope you get this sorted.

Average pending period at all 888 sites is still 85-90 hours.

Also worth pointing out that many have a withdrawal limit (weekly or monthly) so that could delay things.

I questioned them about this recently and they said players didn't mind and TrustPilot confirms a loyal player base are happy with waiting

85-90 Hours?! That's an obscene amount of time...

I know the UKGC will almost never legislate against that, but i just simply wouldn't play anywhere now that's longer than 24 hours.

    Simples

Did I read that correctly, when you said that you spelled your name " Amy" as oppose to your real spelling when you signed up with them?

Did you let the casino know this? I'm not sure if that will have any bearing when it comes to id issues and withdrawls.

She spelled her name wrong and the restrictions went on after she sent her id in.
