Horrible case. Makes me angry.
It says: "We have registered a murder case against the girl's father and mother."
Let us hope that they will get the punishment they deserve. It is good that the case has gotten media coverage outside of Pakistan as well.

Stuff like that makes me so sad...girls in some countries just don't have a chance. And people who try to speak up and make a difference are shot. Hard to believe that you read these kinds of stories in a present day and supposedly civilized world.

One bad aspect of society that has risen recently is police brutality, recent incidences include - A blind man being tasered, An old woman shot and killed by the police, a 15 year old special needs boy being pummelled by the security police at school because he didn`t tuck his shirt in, a *vicious dog* being shot in the head after being restrained, how vicious was it?, you decide............................................ ....
All this from parts of the world that we judge to be civilized.

Indeed, we know how volatile these religious fundamentalists can be, so we teach them how to build nuclear weapons, incite them, and fund them.
