OK, it's that time of year again! We need your TOP 5 slots of 2018!
The slots were released from 1 Dec. 2017 - 30 Nov. 2018 as the poll is done in December.

The Winner in 2016 was Novomatic's Play'n Go's Book Of Dead
The winner in 2017 was Big Time Gaming's Bonanza.

Like me you may be surprised that some of the games you think you've 'been playing for ages' only went live in the last 12 months!

OK, the voting is a simple reply on this thread and will close Sunday 22 December so you've got over 2 weeks to choose.

The list of slots in the last 12 months is staggering when you see them together, even more so when you consider that this list is only a fraction of all games released in that time as it only has the most-used brands we have amongst the CM readership. This year I have grouped them into developers! Please forgive the unwieldy and long list but I have tried to collate as near as dammit all slots you're likely to have seen.

The system is the same as before: you pick FIVE slots from the list in the post below and rate them in order of preference as your top 5 of the year.

On Sunday 22 Dec. I will collate all the results and name the winner, second etc. in a table plus overall developer scores, slot that was most voters' favourite (it's possible for it not to win on overall points).

There is a second task: You should also nominate ONE slot from the list below too for the TOSSER 2018 Award - (The Overwhelmingly Shittiest Slot Ever Released)


The scoring is the same; your first choice gets 5 points, down to 1 point for your fifth choice. So please people, I need replies like this, no qualification necessary, just a simple post, for example:

This year was clearly Blueprint's and Push Gaming's "Megaways year". I also liked the new Red Tiger slots. This year wasn't best year for the Big Time Gaming IMHO. Extra Chilli was ok but not great (same thing with WWTBAM).

These five decisions were quite easy for me:

1. Blueprint - Napoleon Rise Of An Empire
2. Blueprint - Genie Jackpots Megaways
3. Push Gaming - Jammin' Jars
4. Red Tiger - Laser Fruit
5. Red Tiger - Dragon's Fire (not on the list)

EDIT. TOSSER: Peking Luck and Da Vinci's Treasure. Simply reason; could have been great slots with good big win potential but both were disappointments for me. Didn't even get 100 x bet win (lots of free spins played).

I just don't like these new Pragmatic slots and in my opinion both pays crap. High variance and big potential but I think we haven't seen too many mega wins (many thousand x bet). I don't like bonus picks either and I do agree that Peking Luck is better in that respect. Well, maybe my mind will change if I get one bigger win on Peking Luck one day.

That's just how high variance works funny thing is I've won bigger on John Hunter than on Peking luck but the times since then..I have had progressive spins once! It's too rare for something that will hardly ever pay big. Peking Luck seems to be easier to bonus and I hope it produces for you eventually. Try playing it minimum bet it should give an ok amount of play time.

Yes Napoleon proves to be a slot that actually dishes out some insane wins.
My best so far was a 900x but I have seen screens for more than 3000x.
And this slot does not look like much when you open it a first but this is a slot with serious potential. Even 2 or 3 wilds with a mediocre symbol can pay 100x + easy when the wilds are lined up correctly.

I love it too and is also in my top 5.

A gem within the Blueprint portfolio.
