The two disputes that I have gotten from Montana, both were resolved long before we were ever even notified by Montana, and they were not even disputes. RTG players need to notify the casino first before ever writing to Montana; the players never notified us that they even had a dispute. In one case I was notified that a player had contacted them that they had not received cash out. So two weeks later, when I find out from Montana about the dispute, I inform them that the payment was sent to Neteller, two days before the player ever filed the dispute. The player never contacted the casino, to find out that he had two neteller accounts, and the money was deposited to the one that he signed up with in the casino, and not the one he deposits from (his wife's). So the player is still mad, because he did not have the money in 48 hours but waited over two weeks to find out that the money was all ready there. Please call the casino first, and than file a dispute same day, if you like.

what you mean? do u mean After I called 5 times, sent 10 eamils, I still have to infrom casino again before I fill the dispute? You have to write this to your term though.
It's nice to know that they are speeding up a bit, though.
Montana is, as Mary says, answerable to the head man at RTG in Atlanta, Georgia. It hasn't been handling disputes for very long, and it seemed to me that it was taking way too much time to resolve player complaints (there are some players on this board who are growing increasingly impatient with them) So the news that at least some complaints are being dealt with at a reasonable pace is hopefully a positive development.
The do seem to be getting much faster. When I had my dispute with portofino, it took a few days for them to even acknowledge it and give me a case # and then a couple of weeks before I heard anything about it. On the good side though, they got me my money Ted's point is valid too, you gotta at least try to work it out with the casino before you go to these folks. Then if you get no satisfaction, sic these folks on them.

I agree, although I don't think there should ever be a problem or waiting period to get paid from a casino, communication is the key and a lot of the times the operators will get to the bottom of things for you. If all else fails then it is good to know that there is a safety net, namely the Montana disputes that you can rely on.
