Who's manning the 3Dice CM account?

Just curious, who's logging in via the 3Dice rep account and viewing threads but not replying to anyone's concerns over the recent deposit fiasco and other issues regarding 3Dice? I just looked, and someone's been logging in on a regular basis, including today.

I would think, as being an accredited casino and winning so many CM awards over the years, they would be on top of this. Even if they don't want to publicly post what exactly is going on, then by all means, PM the members that have raised concerns/questions. Don't leave us in the dark!

PS: Bryan, Maybe think about mandating accredited casino reps/managers/etc to actually participate in the CM community? It seems that many are taking their status for granted here....I could be wrong, and if so, I apologize in advance.
 
I could understand if people were just moaning and groaning about stuff, but there have been valid concerns raised in separate threads....all of which have been met with the same thing - silence. It's as if we're being ignored.

Which still doesn't excuse the lack of communication from the forum rep and/or management in this situation. They can't claim "We don't have time to monitor the forum," because they're logging in on a regular basis.

If you take a look at https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/9508/ under "3Dice's Activity," you'll see the threads they've viewed, when they viewed them, etc...


note: Makes you wonder....the cashier page on their website says nothing about possibly not being able to deposit, as of this minute. Is it possible for new players to even fund their account, and if so, the mere idea of new players being able to deposit when those that have been there for months aren't able to is pretty bad. It also says they accept Visa/MC, which isn't true, at least for USA players (Their main target audience.)
 
I dont play at 3Dice anymore but have fond memories of the place for sure. And remember how the rep was really active on the forums and liking the 3dice screen shots when they used to be lots posted. But aint seen that in ages. I always liked Enzos posts about RTP and game play etc. They should have made some comment on that thread though imo.

Same here...I'm not here to bash 3Dice, I would just like to know what's going on with things. I was going to deposit there the other day, but decided against it because what if they start having payout issues just like these deposit issues? Would love some clarification before moving forward...I mean, hell...it was even looking as if they might be pulling out of the USA market....who knows....as of right now, everything's just speculation, because we have no official word from Enzo or any other official representative of 3Dice. One would think that if they couldn't process deposits from Americans (or any other country for that matter,) the first place to go would be here to post an update, or at least send out a blanket email to all players of the casino. Not just keep it all hush-hush.

As far as screenshots go, the way I see it, 3Dice players have formed quite a "clique," and only use the in-client SS capability to automatically upload them (very convenient!) to 3Dice's servers in order to share with other players in via chat (when you take a new SS, it posts the link in the chat client.) I'm sure there's CM members that still play at 3Dice, but I guess they just never post their SS's here anymore.

You have to win to take that screen shot lol that doesn't happen often at 3dice lol.

What is alarming is that there is no communication what so ever, some players maybe able to deposit but don't even know it because they were not notified that they can. It also bothers me that players have made lots of deposits to keep their status and then when this fiasco started they lost their status by no fault of their own, and very well could have kept some of their status if they were informed they could deposit again.

I am not sure if was on CM or on 3dice someone brought up re-instating the status level to where it was before all this started, I still don't know if that has happened or if it will happen. That statement has not been commented on either.

I made a help ticket out yesterday evening. While chatting with the rep on duty this morning, I was told only Enzo can address my ticket.

Well, if Enzos' appearance is required........... I may as well give up on it.
 
Actually, that shows one's friends activity - postings etc. It doesn't show which threads you are observing. Then there is the specific activity of a member (such as https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/9508/) those are recent posts.

I've PMd him to see what's up.

Thanks....seems VBulletin is kinda weird like that....making it seem as if those are the threads they're actually viewing :thumbsup:

I'm afraid I still have very little shareable or useful information at the moment. Banking options for our US players have been largely restored but until we can
guarantee the speed of service you are used to from us we will keep the volumes limited. It's a choice of quality over quantity - we will only accept deposits when
we are certain that we can deliver the type of service that has build 3Dice's reputation. It's about valuing customer satisfaction higher than casino bottom-line, even
if restoring full service is taking longer than expected.

I hope I'll have more and better news soon but alas I can't give a timeframe on that - there's to many unknowns and 3rd parties - I will however update the forum
as more information becomes available.

i totaly agree = im not here to slate the reps they are brilliant but it used to be there was a personal touch from higher up and that is no more, but when i mail off when i have concerns i dont even get a reply, depositing a lot and goign thru hundreds os spins before a bonus is vcrazy yet i see winners on 200 - 300 quid spins and i cant high roll, just wish there was better gameplay and and your money lasts a bit longer than a few mins like it used too. maybe winnings have dropped due to most people not depositing anymore

So is the point your not getting a response from someone or your losing? A majority of you post is complaining about losing.

You stated the reps are brilliant which tells me you should be getting answers to your questions. Your not always going to be able to make contact with "higher ups" at businesses, but most should have managers that can help with your needs. I am pretty certain 3dice has the setup to where you will get your answers from someone.
