Good afternoon everyone,

I wonder if anyone can advise my options regarding the following issue. I self excluded on the White Hat Gaming Limited network(Grand Ivy Casino) back in January 2016 due to a gambling problem. Since then I have been able to open accounts with 21casino and Klasino, being able to deposit and lose somewhere in the region of £3000. As most of you can appreciate that's a great sum of money to lose and I feel this company shouldn't have allowed me to deposit on their network. They state that if you exclude on their site it adheres to the entire network.

Not only this, but I would've expected them to run more thorough checks when I asked for my 21casino to be closed due to a gambling problem. I was also still freely allowed to continue to deposit on Klasino once I had enquired about self-exclusion.

I feel that after reading into the UKGC terms and conditions, such as 3.5.3, it's only fair that my deposits be refunded to me.

I would much appreciate peoples advice on this matter.

Thank you

If you're a problem gambler you would have played until bust. Therein lies the issue; they'd have no doubt spotted the SE when your withdrawal was checked and refused to pay you. they have no reason to check if you lose and bust out. Your bets should technically be void, I'd e-mail them and describe the issue.

Why do people do that? Self exclude and then test their luck on the casinos they self excluded? You self excluded! Don't go looking for your money back after you lose. If that was a land based casino, you would be charged with trespassing!

Please excuse me if I am totally wrong but the Op's name rings a bell from a recent post complaining of a similar issue or at least a complaint against a casino. IMO if you self exclude then make deposits at other casinos tied to the group then what are you hoping for? The only way I can look at it is that you are hoping for a free ride. The outcome being if you win you are hoping they don't spot anything when you withdraw and your winnings are paid or if they do spot something or you lose you squeal about the fact they shouldn't have let you deposit. Theoretically putting you in a no lose situation. The other thing is you can't be self excluded from every casino so why not make a deposit elsewhere instead of giving yourself this continuous dilemma. Like I say if I am way off the mark I apologise. It's just that from where I am sitting.

They probably not send you money back its mainly your faul. But in same time is high possible if you win from this deposit high amount then - They probably void your winings - " Our system show your are self excluded from one of our brands we take responsible gaming very seriously so we decided send your last deposit amount back and close your account.

Its not recomended make deposit in other casino from same group when you self excluded in one of their brands - because they can later void your winings - specialy if you win big amount and in case bigger withdrawals casinos make closer accont reviev.

Thank you for the responses, they are much appreciated.

I don't feel like I am hoping for a free ride because if I would've won anything I would've most certainly been located for having a self-excluded, thus having my winnings void and deposits refunded. My main issue is that on both sites I have spoken to live chat about self exclusion/gambling problems and I have been allowed to continue to play without any questions or temporary blocks being put on my account.

I emailed both sites individually and have received a response from Klasino offering me a partial refund of £1250, I accepted this refund with Klasino. However they have come back and said what I accepted was for the entire network. The entire time the communication was with support@klasino.com. I feel as though I have been tricked into accepting a refund for both sites, if this was the case I would have never accepted £1250.
