As a sideline to Nate's thread I thought we could have one that looks at the other side of the coin. Which casinos have treated you the worst over the years and why?
From my personal experiences, my top 3 worst experiences would be:
1. Cool Cat Casino
Accepted a free £100 chip and managed to complete withdrawal requirements to then be told that a deposit was needed to release my winnings. After a deposit was made my account was locked and my £10 deposit was taken, I was then emailed and told that the bonus they had emailed me was not available for my country and I had broken terms and conditions.
2. Tropezia Palace Casino
Despite their efforts to recently change the withdrawal limits my balance was forced into a hostage situation where I had to keep playing despite hitting several big wins on slots. Suffice to say the whole balance was then lost back to the Casino, one of the worst experiences I have had. Left me very angry for several days and since this happened I decided to take a few weeks off the slots.
3. Sky Vegas
I could never get the games to work correctly at Sky Vegas, they constantly locked up with connection errors and the support were unwilling to refund the deposit. I was forced to play 1 spin at a time and then refresh the whole game. I would never see the spin land but my balance would either be up or down upon refresh.
