Ok so i made a mistake by adding a bit of extra bonus as should be. Customer is being honest and alerts me, I said: ah my mistake, keep it. Customer said I owe you one! So of course my reply was a beer site plus address :)

Just to find this when i got just home:

There are 2 missing, in fridge as i want to consume them :)

How big was the mistake @L&L-Jan ?

I doubt you would have gotten that if it was just a $5 mistake. LOL.

But then again, it is all well deserved. To know that there are people in this world who still appreciate your hard work.

This goes to show that treating your customers with respect rather than contempt (in the bid to increase short term profit), is absolutely the way to go.

Stay loyal to your customer base and they'll stay loyal to you. Business 101.

Exactly what i said.

I dont mind you mentioning it Jan although i dont feel i need any gratitude.

I hounded you for a month to the point of frustration for us both whilst you said it was in hand and to be patient. To be honest i had almost given up. Then you added too much bonus and said dont worry have fun when i mentioned it.

I rolled with the big boys for 3 nights :) You've seen my deposits and i withdrew my 2 biggest withdrawals so far this year putting me in the black again.

A crate of beers was the least i could do.

Im getting a mountain bike (second hand), a composter - (brand new! oh yeah baby! A composter and its dual barrel rotating!) Kids are getting some new clothes and some foam nunchakus and a little extra in the bank for a rainy day.

I dont get the treatment i get at other casinos like i get from reps involved with CM. I feel like a VIP but dont play VIP money so its feels right to return the favour sometimes. I think its good for karma.
