looks like it maybe more complex than that then :

I have security and CS managers looking into this, they are better versed in the minutae of these matters - refunds, though, can only be issues if there was a long technical delay that allowed you to play when you shouldn't have been able to - as far as i know at least.

Having problems with the Rizky wheel now to


Was at level 49, expecting my super wheel for level 50 and to my surprise i jumped straight to level 51, with two level 49 wheels (no level 50 super wheel)


I have just finished level 51 and went straight to 53 with two level 51 wheels.


Somethings wrong here rizk

As mentioned previously this is just a naming convention issue and should not create a problem with your WoR's. If you can PM me with you e-mail address I can have a look to check your account.

No - the jackpots are always available to those who qualify. One player even won Jackpot 1 on consecutive spins of the WoR, so everyone has the same chance and all jackpots can be won any number of times.

Hey ginzink, the jackpots are always evolving but we will be adding this detail to the site soon but just so that all CM members know, right now there are 3 different levels of jackpot:

Jackpot level 1 - open to players from Level 10 and above - €500

Jackpot level 2 - open to players from Level 25 and above - €1000

Jackpot level 3 - open to players from level 50 and above - €2000

And yes at level 50 you will have all 3 jackpots on the wheel at the same time.

And yes, the chances of hitting them are relatively small but yes we have had many winners already

And yes, as with all Wheel of Rizk Rewards, these jackpots all come with zero wagering requirements....

wow i think the highest I have won in 30 spins is 15 free spins.

On the super wheels should there be less jackpots?

on every spin from level 54 - 59 I had 3 jackpots on the wheel, then on super spin 60 I only had 2, and won an amazing 5 spins lol
 
I am at level 51, I have approx. 200 free spins that I will let die, not to sound like a jerk but I generally bet between $2 and $5 spin, min bets do nothing for me, I would forego 200 min bets spins for 40 at say $1, I know that this all gets too complicated for a comp system but it would be nice if they could differentiate a players bet trend to reflect on the bonus.

Just unlucky I'd think. I've not received super or mega spins, others have multiple times. Luck of the draw, bearing in mind certain portions are more heavily weighted than others.
 
Must say it isn't an incentive for me at all, which is why I usually save them and do a few at once.
Whats annoying to me is that the amount you stake doesn't seem to matter - I was playing DOA yesterday 90p stakes, it was going up 0.4% each spin, knocked it down to 45p stakes and it was the same. After playing through almost £300 knowing you are going to get 50p's worth of spins on starburst or a raffle ticket doesn't really excite you lol. But it is completely free so no complaints, but maybe it should be looked to to reward people a little more for higher stakes, even its the same prizes, fill the bar quicker.
 
I am still new to Rizk and I do enjoy playing there.. Am only at Level 25 or something, but I have to agree with many of the comments about the Wheel of Rizk! Don't get me wrong, love a reward of any sort, especially No-wager FS, but as exciting as it to have a spin and hope its the Jackpot, I am getting a bit bored with the games on offer for the FS.. I think the same 3-4 games..not huge winners, pretty plain game play really also, totally lessens my excitement when I hit the FS chip on the wheel. Like I don't even feel like I wanna be bothered redeeming haha. I never choose those games personally, they don't really appeal to me but I would love a bit more variety with the bonuses... Hey, I get it, they can't give FS out willy nilly on any game in the site, but maybe please maybe just mix it up a bit:rolleyes::D

Agreed. Free is free which is nice, but would be good to see the games choice boosted, or even altered to 20, 30 cent games
 
Just thought I'd add my experience to this thread. I'm only on level 18 or something, but when you're spinning £2 a go, successive rewards of 10 free spins per level - paying £0.03p and £0.05p in total for the last two - seem like a disincentive to play, rather than an incentive. Shame, as everything else about the casino is good - just these "rewards" feel like a bit of an insult...

I agree, though I don't see it as an insult per se, more that the wheel is just a little to random I suppose. Same experience here, have had only spins so far or raffle tickets, and there has been no correlation (that I can tell) between the reward and my activity/wagering-like 5 spins after big $$ and solid 8 or so hours gameplay. I have had similar experiences at other sites like VS for e.g, loads of trophies, heaps $$, time and then never have any extras it seems. Don't get me wrong I do enjoy both sites, but yes better more appealing incentive could be nice and make me feel a a bit more valued I guess. Hey, thats the business right, we all want a bit of thanks and then its not enough haha. The amount of starburst bonuses from various sites i have just forfeited cos I cant be bothered wasting the time for an 17c win LOL
 
I'm level 197 now and still only had basic free spins and raffle tickets.

Although the rep is awesome and replies instantly. He did confirm i have had over £130 in wager-free cash from the free spins i received (all played on starburst) and credited me with 10 super spins to have a try with, which i made £10 from :cool:

Captain Rizk also confirmed the wheel is more favorable to higher rollers, as the reward from the wheel is weighted towards your average bet size throughout that particular level. Higher you bet, the more chance of hitting the super or mega spins or even a jackpot.

I don't think the wheel favours anyone, it just is what it is, however I do wish RIZK would change the basic fs slots though. I know there aren't a huge amount of 1p x 10 lines but they have 4 of my most hated slots

Rizk have a promotion on for depositors which, I'd well and truly be eligible for if only I had not have deposited all of my betting money for this week into Rizk for nothing in the end haha no but truly devastated. The wheel of rizk is useless, 9 cent free spins are a waste of time on those games.
Also one thing to consider is the slow payout times, i am currently waiting 7 hrs for a small payout and have been told by support its 2am there and i will have to wait till the payment team wakes up.
Just another casino that allows deposits 24hrs but is to cheap to hire someone to process withdrawls.
Back to betsafe for me with instant withdrawls.

While the English site states "Click one of the games below to start your Egg Hunt..." the Norwegian site says "Choose one of the games below to start your Egg Hunt..." and I just opened it from the main site.

No biggie and all in all a good experience.

I'm level 50 nearly and have only played here 3-4 times...Do not even ask me how because it's baffling me..Always get the 5 free spins had 2 raffle tickets and one set of super spins. Hopefully soon I'll get the big spins! And also best of luck Refre! That's grim you wagered that much and never got the super spins!

The wheel is bunk, I guess the max 210 free spins has been met, I just got 25 on 2 different spins but does not register beyond 210, 210 useless ass spins, I am at level 70 and still get base spin wins most of the time and I can assure my deposits and bet sizes are not minimal, nice gesture but badly misses the mark for players beyond the minimum betting stages.

Under rewards, says:
04.04.2016 05:00
1. Winner in the Raffle gets €1000 cash prize

but under your promotions tab it says:
Competition dates: 28-03-16 to 04-04-2016 (05:00 CET)
1st place gets €1000
2nd place gets €500

Sure I've only got a couple tickets, but the prizes listed in the second paragraph are a fair bit off from those in the first. I mean, if I won second, I'd sure as heck sooner have €500 than 15 mega spins. :D

I've read and re-read the mailer and that part must have been 'lost in translation'.

In Norwegian:
'Dette er definitivt en kamp du må få med deg ettersom vi gir deg 10 gratisspinn for hvert mål som blir scoret!'
That last part translates into 'we're giving you 10 free spins for every goal scored!'
And no mention of making a deposit anywhere else.

Seeing as you say you still have the mailer, you should forward it to the casino, or post here, so the team that does the translations will know better for future reference and where the error lies.

There is support in rizk live help who doesnt even know what mt secure trade limited is...

I just wonder what it takes to get job in online casino, propably its enough that you are able to type and read.(no need to understand what you are reading)
 
So far I have gotten the level 10 and level 20 Wheel or Rizk and was under the impression that the rewards for these levels were going to be better. Not the case. I am disappointed and wish the super wheel would at least give super free spins instead of the regular. Just my opinion of course:cool:
