Wheel of Rizk

So far I have gotten the level 10 and level 20 Wheel or Rizk and was under the impression that the rewards for these levels were going to be better. Not the case. I am disappointed and wish the super wheel would at least give super free spins instead of the regular. Just my opinion of course:cool:

im sure theres a small chance to win that jackpot thingy, or whatever but out of my 50 or so shots at wheel of rizk, i got 1 thing that wasnt either 5fs or ticket so yeah it really shouldnt be something that motivates you to play there.

There are so many good things about rizk, but wheel of rizk isnt one of those things :p

they are still one of my top 5 casinos out there and id probably spend more of my gaming budget at rizk if it wasnt for the wheel being as it is and my rather horrible run im having there. After a great start of my rizk career, my last month rtp there is 84% over 19 deposits :p so gonna take a month or so long break there and wheel of rizk is definitely not something thats going to make me come back sooner :=P

with time you just learn to ignore the wheel and not expect to get anything out of it. And thats my biggest problem with wheel of rizk, as its one of Rizks main sellers and their only rewards program, it definitely could be made a bit more ... idk, exciting ? At this point i dont really care if i level up anymore :)

Didnt want to open new thread about this.. There is support in rizk live help who doesnt even know what mt secure trade limited is... I just wonder what it takes to get job in online casino, propably its enough that you are able to type and read.(no need to understand what you are reading)

yeah im sure its one hell of a job, having to deal with people who are mostly on tilt. no matter how you look at it, its not going to be pretty.

Any job where you have to deal with people is a tough one. And here we have people whose job is to, almost exclusively, deal with pissed off people :D i dont really envy those guys and thats why i always try to keep my rants at a minimum.

but then again, its a business that revolves about ... well, making people not so happy :) , at least a big majority of them, so i suppose it comes with the territory and people working in customer support should know what to expect.

Im sure its a stressful job (especially considering you cant just ignore stupid questions) so i wish people would show more sympathy and patience when talking to customer support. Obviously im not talking about casinomeisters here but i can only imagine how bad some of those chat transcripts look like when one random, drunk and/or angry person contacts live support :eek2:
 
I heave dealt with customer support today actually and the guy (Sebastian) and maybe it is a coincidence but MT Secure was also mentioned in our contact and he knew right well about it.
And while I am at it,I have to give a big compliment for the way my query was resolved.
Sebastian was very friendly and curtious and have assisted me in a great matter.
Basicly same level of CS as GUTS,also under the MT secure flag.

For me this was the confirmation that I can play safely at this casino and that customer queries,small or big, are taken seriously by this crowd.

For me a big thumbs up to the capt'n and his crew! :):):)

No B*llshit at Rizk is pretty apt-I have had lovely chats with any Rizk team I have dealt with! Haha, I bet support (at many sites I bet LOL) wish they could get a Deal-with-No B*ll twits guarantee at work but hey that's same as any customer service gig really. Phone, email, person-everyone just be nice guys :D I never get it when members post transcripts on CM like OMG/Did they even finish grade school?/Liars/Cheats/How dare they not like have a refund policy... Ugh! Um, manners are free and I am sure we were all raised better than crude outbursts from behind a keyboard:lolup:

Then, if they are not immediately shutting down every other open ticket to fix my little issue while arranging double-refunds clauses on any of my deposit losses as well as fixing up monthly no-spend rewards for my account, I never assume it's cos they are a half-wit, no-hoper or the casino is a fraud:eek: But Rizk, even with the no refund thing, gosh for me, they always appear to at least be trying to help me with a smile (I imagine LOL :bubbles: )

I absolutely have lost my cool in the past but from memory-rarely at Rizk. Actually, just chatted earlier and wanted to say Kudos and give Marcus a little shout out! Lovely helpful, patient-good resolution, pleased :cool:

But.. When cool is thrown out the window and guns ablazin', ya don't have to be a jerk-ever. Um, swearing ugh, trying to outwit with incredible I.Q capacity/confusion/smart-arse'in ugh. I had an instance at Rizk where the FS Trade Deal was pretty much brand new and the poor thing had no clue whatsoever about any of it..So I thanked her for the time and to have a nice day-with the intention of checking back again or flicking the Captain a PM Later for guidance. I actually chose not to rant and question the employment requirements at Rizk even though they were clearly incapable right... Of course not cos hey she wasn't! Simple matter was, that some team were yet to be trained up due to shifts change/roster rotation etc etc-no worries, my post allowed them to coach them sooner than they might have :thumbsup:

And--with 24/7 services, the turnaround/shiftchange/amount of different faces all the time, I am sure the 'Important: Mt Secure Trade is...' Memo may have not made it's way round the office yet, they should of added 'Urgent: Random Customer Pop Quiz Likely'. Seriously, could it of been a communication/explanation issue? Serious but Curemon, calm ya grammar radar down maaate assessing their reading/writing abilites! Yours wouldn't actually secure you a job by your standards either:lolup:

Rizk usually, are more than helpful and and if they are not, the Captain is never more than a few hours of time difference away via CM, so many matters are always taken care off pretty efficiently I reckon!

No excuse at all for swearing or being rude. none. For the record when I have dealt with support at Rizk etc never had an issue.

This is not directed mainly at you, but it's not weird the CS-reps have to have patience nowadays. There are so many tech errors, and so little responsibility being taken by alot of casinos.

And to be honest it's no point trying to make these CS-reps looks like saints. I think all people working with customer service would expect a rant if they delivered a bad product or service to a customer, especially if the customer didn't get a replacement. Now it's easier for a store to replace a bad steak than for a casino to replace a deposit, but nevertheless when a session is ruined because of games or a site not working, they didn't get what they paid for and have all reason to be angry.

Now I don't know what happened in this case, but I'm a bit sick of fainthearted CS-reps, who get upset when they get a bit of well-derserved heat(That obviously should be passed onto their superiors).

And please get rid of that moronic video on your homepage, or at least get rid of the autoplay. Would you like if your car automaticly played loud advertisements for itself each time you started it?

I have to say I never had an unpleasant conversation with any of the C.S. reps at Rizk (or Guts for that matter). They are always courteous, nice and quite knowledgeable. In the past I have had frustrating conversations with other casinos C.S. reps but never felt the need to be rude myself because you get further in life by being nice and sometimes firm but never rude. I think the Rizk people are doing a very good job:)

So the WoR has a Super Spin Wheel every tenth level right but I am wondering, is there a certain level that is like the ultimate milestone or the target to hit to achieve a certain status within the Rizk membership arena? Like the mysterious Level 21 on VS, Does Rizk have a Super Duper Spin waiting for for a us to upgrade well into the hundos?! Maybe, say about 500 and the Wheel could be 50/50 Mini Jackpots and MegaSpins? :clap:

I remember when it was still early days and reaching like Level 18 like hold on, slow down girl...we got a serious gambler here guys and within like no time its at 300... And I think argh, so many '5 FS' and Raffles/Points and Skulls, phooey. But I know it adds up and would be a decent chunk:thumbsup:

I love Rizk and am always so excited to finish a long session and work out how many numbers have added to my bar but I don't keep up with it enough so it's always a bit of a hit and miss :eek2: Sometimes it's like I breezed through and have like 6 WoRs waiting, other times it's like I cannot fathom how it's barely budged when I feel like I lost a good portion of my day/weekend/at-least-the last-18-hours spinning HAHA

(Often my Inner Monologue has been similar to this: 'What day is it? Sat/Sun? Sun! Ok. Oh that's not so bad, only about a day or so having a casual weekend slot here and there to relax... Oh, it wasn't the whole day, you paused to catch the Soup Nazi Seinfeld Ep remember, oh yeah..' Until the Fun Police voice in my head goes, 'Hang on, it's Sunday? ...And Thurs arvo is payday.. which means I logged in Thurs... I actually have no working memory of Fri/Sat ever occuring-is it a new kinda leap year?!?... my bad' :p)

Still, I love getting a WoR spin even when the prizes won aren't quite as enticing as the initial spin was LOL. I like to give my feedback on CM and enjoy that the Captain actively seeks/encourages our thoughts. To me, it gives Rizk a sorta community-esque vibe--the day, we the people stood up in unity and frustration and they took down that evil skull from the WoR was a great victory indeed :cheerleader:

BUT... I gotta put it out there.. I think i feel like this is the 'New Skull' :nod: Race Points :nod:
Personally, I am not a big fan of races at all-I do not have much interest in the race, don't care for playing to get points/increase my place etc. I would rather a small set of FS or even a raffle ticket if there is a prize draw going. The points have never made a huge difference and I would actually probably prefer a more voluntary system, like if you could opt out of the race and get a few FS chances back on the WoR instead. Like, say the added Opt-Out prizes would have a limitation like it would only ever be for a say, 5 FS on only a particular game.I am sure, people are always suggesting things and new prizes are being planned and looked at every day so you know like whatevs ;)

I am not sure if it's a big deal really-If the race is actually played by some of you guys as like a lucrative challenge-apologies, it's just not really my flavour that's all! I think I would rather win 0 on 5-10 Starburst rounds then have 10 WoRs give me a couple hundred race points that I may or may not be able to keep up.... Don't get me wrong, any promotion that is created to add some fun and variation, inspire some loyalty/interaction esp. with WR-free prizes is always fab in my book but those points, argh.. They have got Skull Status a bit to me, I cringe a little just as I did with the Skull (and that was really more cos the skull looked a little nasty, the points look awes-it's a trophy like it looks great but I dread them!:eek: )

I have actually thought of a couple of suggestions for this sorta feedback, improvements/alternatives etc etc but I am a little hesitant... I dunno, I guess I don't know exactly how to best verbalise my thoughts to explain without sounding like oh they should just everyone FS all the time LOL

Is anyone loving the races or similar feelings as me? Or even got any ideas for different WoR things? Actually, overall, i am kinda like meh. Anyone else a bit over races/battles like constantly all of the time? VS is a bit diff, I just mean like a couple of key sites had these kinda deals early/alll along and now I see loads of junk email to join tourney here tourney there...Or is it just me LOL..am I just alone in my cringey points fear bubble:oops:

and yeah when it comes to races, especially weekly ones they are definitely not everyones cup of tea simply because most people dont deposit daily. I already suggested breaking 1 weekly races into 3-4 smaller races (just divide current prize pot) and im sure many more people would like it that way, because its much easier to stay in the race and have a shot at winning something if it lasts just a day or two.

with all that said, im still not a huge fan of wheel of rizk in its current state and while free spins are wager free its just 5 free spins @ $0,10 each (and there was already a debate about it) i dont really care if my 5 free spins at 10c each have 0x or 25x wagering because regardless im not very likely to win much from those, and you are pretty much going to have to do some serious wagering if you want to cashout something out of those 5fs either way :=)

Also, im well aware of the fact you might as well win a wager free jackpot but, coming from my experience strictly, out of 49 tries at the wheel 48 were either 5fs or race tickets, so imo we are already getting into lottery tickets odds here and if i wanted to play lottery with one in 100/1000/billions odds id be doing just that and wouldnt be playing slots at the first place :D

Thats also something i already addressed in one of my previous posts so just to keep things short and simple - jackpot are nice, winnable ones are nicer. Curious spoton, have u been in or are still working in the customer service? Your quotes really echo some things I have often thought/related to on CM exactly which is why I ask:oops:

I agree on the most part for sure-and have used the supermarket analogy on another thread around this sort of thing before. A post had argued rewards should not be a requirement/expectation of a casino-and I have to say like you, it is no different to supermarkets! Loyalty points/frequent flyer miles and replacements on faulty/damaged goods etc. It's all the same brush, just different paint job depending on the industry! If I go to a land-based casino, there are usually perks like drinks/lunch deals/personalised service/competitions etc etc right.

But god, the tech errors thing.. And it can often go in the way of the classic palm-off where it must be escalated to the relevant department/IT/Software but... Only to maybe end up in the Matrix cos all you know is 3 months later, they didn'd send a notification when they said it would be rectified within the day and sunce that day, the game has disappeared all together... LOL

Yep, don't know Curemon's exact scenario, but the way the Captain so eloquently summed it up, I feel it may have been an unwarranted attitude toward the support staff from the get go, which is where my gripe is haha. Yes, a player who has been legitimately disadvantaged through no fault of their own and it can be proven via data/screenshots/history whatever... And the Casino admits liability (like no dodgy mumbo jumbo tiny fine print that might sh*t on ya claim LOL) of course has every right to be angry (sad/disappointed/letdown/frustrated etc etc)

But that right to be angry, though warranted no doubt, no matter how mad you are or how bad it is, I don't think it ever justifies a right to insult, offend, demean, bully, abuse anybody really but especially. those people in the roles designed to help resolve issues and work to actively make your experience with that business as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Nobody gets outta bed to go work each day wanting to be abused or yelled at.. I think most people want to do a good job whatever it is.. But should a good job mean putting up with an attitude/language/demeanour that would in real-life see a patron removed from an establishment?

Your WoR opinion is pretty well on point--my excitement stems from just the mere tiny chance that maybe today will be my day. Well, I have so far had a grand total of 310 spins and a "Mega Spin" is still a foreign concept... I reckon I have had like maybe 2 x $5 cash... I have had loads of 5/10/15/20 FS but which is awes (I am partial to a wagerless FS, even if the games are well, the games they are!! LOL

I easily have bankrolled a session here and there with FS wins, but it can be time consuming to collect up a good lot, esp. when at a rate of 5x per go... And then ya could lose any saved up on expiry if not regularly playing in the meantime. I think my RTP is actually quite high at Rizk-RTP also has more impact if I actually "RTP' my funds straight back to my bank LOL

Mini Jackpots would be really ideal... or to add to your suggestion perhaps that could be a thing that is on milestone levels-like is the tenth level Super Wheel that much more to offer? Without investigating it thoroughly, from what I can tell... it's a different colour?!?;) God, I'd even think more chance of hitting like a $20-50 Mini Jackpot would be a pretty good little incentive!

PLEASEEEE-even a rule could apply if this in reality is truly like a big deal/impossible/costly etc maybe players at a certain level/deposit status can have access to different games for the FS or something. Gosh, how many times I dreaded playing sometimes knowing I'd banked up 75/125 spins to click and click and click...:p

And a few more mobile friendly games, the list is limited compared to other sites and some of them have similar/cheaper betting options from the same providers you have presently, or variations to the ingame features as well... The same old FS bonus on Microgaming tires sometimes too :oops: Admittedly, I unfortunately have some unresolved IT problems that further limit my choices but nonetheless, there is definitely room to squeeze a few more in :D

I have no complaints regarding the CS support or the Captain as they have been awesome to me. I have received some free spins and free monies from Rizk but none have garnered me any playtime. In the wee hours I made two deposits and lost of course and then when my budget has been blown from this week I get an email about this awesome promotion that I cannot compete in because I have lost my weekly budget at Rizk 12 hours before they put this promotion comes into effect. I can't help but feel cheated. Not to mention that stupid wheel of Rizk has been useless thus far. I still have lots of respect of Rizk ad will continue to deposit into the future but with a dismal RTP so far a girl cant help but to vent:D

Turbo Chip added to the Wheel of Rizk

Small update for you, we have now added the double speed chip AKA Turbo chip to the Wheel of Rizk.

This means that when you win these you can choose a time that is convenient to you to play them, you can collect multiple turbo chips and play consecutively them rather than waiting for us to send them out.

Thanks Captain Freebies were greatly appreciated but the Rhino beast took all my rewards. Only 1 bonus with a bloody feature guarantee. I know this is not Rizks fault but I get the feeling after two plus months of depositing I cannot win at Rizk. I will give it one other shot next week and if if gets nowhere in relation to playtime then I will re-visit my Rizk membership. Having said all that I do give many kudos to Rizk reps and CS support as they have always been awesome including you Captain Rizk:)

I sometimes feel guilty that I have not shown them more loyalty in the form of Rizking (pun intended :oops:) my daily deposit but as a low roller with small budget AYK and no luck, I tend to head for deposit related bonus stuff if nothing more than to extend my play time if the session does not start well.

We all know that the games cannot be controlled by individual casinos and eventually things will even themselves out, with this in mind I will still deposit now and then at Rizk, as far as trustworthyness and player treatment goes we will find no better.

Strange thing is same office, same licence etc, I have 'kicked Guts ass' lol

I sometimes feel guilty that I have not shown them more loyalty in the form of Rizking (pun intended :oops:) my daily deposit but as a low roller with small budget AYK and no luck, I tend to head for deposit related bonus stuff if nothing more than to extend my play time if the session does not start well.

We all know that the games cannot be controlled by individual casinos and eventually things will even themselves out, with this in mind I will still deposit now and then at Rizk, as far as trustworthyness and player treatment goes we will find no better.

Strange thing is same office, same licence etc, I have 'kicked Guts ass' lol

I totally agree with you Jon. I know there is nothing Rizk can do about players bad luck as the servers are independent from the casinos. I just can't help feeling a little dejected :( I did get a nice little package from Captain Rizk today, shout out to the Captain:notworthy Still no matter what slot I chose I seem to lose, lose and lose. I have chosen to put all my depositing eggs in one basket with Rizk since May hoping something will stick but alas not to be. I did make 3 deposits with VeraJohn and 2 with Guts with the same dismal results so maybe the central servers see my id and say this player will lose. I know that this is paranoid and pointless but when you think you have little chance of winning you start to wonder. So I will give it one more shot next week if no joy then I will re-think my strategy:)
