It always disappoints me badly to see casinos accepting players and deposits from the whole world (bar a few countries where online gaming is illegal) but dish out the extra goodies only to players from a few selected countries, mainly Scandinavia and the UK as Guts has been doing it for years. In essence players outside those countries are financing with their deposits to a good part the promos and goodies for those few selected ones, hence are getting much less for their buck. Well, I tried the site for the first time today. The site looks neat and payment options were swift and easy, everything ran smoothly.

I did have my arse handed to me on a plate and I couldn't get ahead at any stage, but such is gambling of course.

As for the Wheel of Rizk, great idea but could do with a revamp I found. I'm unsure as to the leaderboard vouchers' usefulness, but I found the free spins to be far too few in number, even if wager-free. As others may have pointed out already, the lack of spins doesn't really serve lowrollers well and is ineffective for highrollers.

Far better if the wheel were triggered after much higher wagering but gave out bigger prizes.

But overall it is a nice addition to a very professional-looking outfit, which will no doubt see more of my custom in future

While I am loving the extra little incentives Rizk has been giving out lately, I am not loving my time playing there as much as I used to... Wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if it's just my imagination

Since I started levelling up in to the 400s I feel like it is taking absolutely forever to move up between levels, ever since say 450 or so, it just seems I play and play and play and when I reload to the homepage it's as if my progress bar gas barely budged! And the double chips don't often give me much more progress either it seems! And then, any WoR spin I do get, the prizes are barely worth it, usually not much more than 5 FS or bloody race points-of which I have already talked about my dislike for hehe.

The cashback chips hasn't been great for me either, I do much prefer little extras without the WR attached-I'd rather 100 FS that win a couple of bux than say a $100 chip with WR-just can't be bothered sometimes or fed up of losing it all too soon.

Then, upon logging on today, I saw a bonus chip thingo pop up and was pretty keen to maybe use it until I realised it was not the usual deposit style where it's a diff FS reward dependant on deposit amount-but it was only valid for a $100 deposit!

That also irks me a bit, the reload rewards seem to happen when maybe I can't make a deposit, or don't want to do that much like today, or have literally done a deposit earlier in the day before such a reward became available!

Even with the IT-based errors and limited game options I still have at Rizk, I continue to play-in part due to the awesome service and trust I have in them, thanks to the Captain and CS but I do feel pretty miffed lately... Oh yeah, agreed... i do love the WoR too and appreciate the freebies and wins I have had... I much prefer sitting through a losing streak on Rizk to at least achieve some rewards via the WoR as opposed to losing heaps on VS and getting nothing.

I just can't shake it though, but it seems harder and harder for me to level up lately before my bankroll is bust.

Thunderstruck II players, take for a comparison example, you click start, the reels keep spinning (and no its not a disconnection ) - Wildstorm time.

Yes he did, great guy to deal with.
I use laptop to play the game. Never used a tablet.
TBH, the problem was my internet (old version) Explorer, not Rizk site.
I got sum kind of message that my internet could'nt handel the process. I updated the new version a while ago. normally, my laptop should delete the old version during the update. However, this was'nt happening this time.
So, i was useing a old version of Explorer without knowing about it . LMAO, lol.
Anyway, i ve downloaded Chrome an just signed up. tried a few games (test md ) without any problems. Great site.
Sorry to hear you ve sum tech problems.. just wanted to add, I also put the game performance at low level once the game is loaded up. this way GPU of laptop ( PC ) uses less power to handel the process. It has helped me alot . I assume u knew that already. If Not,, than no harm to give it a try.

Ughhhh!!!! All I ever get on that wheel is 5 spins. Worse part is sometimes they won't convert them for you and tell you that you need 10 spins to convert to $1. I was on hold for 3 minutes only to be told that I needed 10 spins. Some agents will convert, some will not. Tim, is this ever going to be automated? Perhaps to automatically give us free spins on something other then Netent? Will I ever get a better prize on that wheel or is it programmed to land on 5 free spins all the time? I know they are pre-determined and the big wins are geared towards the big roller but come on So now my budget is blown and I got a useless chip that I will not use in the allotted time. Double time which I got two wheels ago. The wheel can feck right off. I love Rizk but this rewards system has to be the worst out there for the low rollers like me. So 10 super wheels with really no big awards. I know they are pre-determined and the big wins are geared towards the big roller but come on So now my budget is blown and I got a useless chip that I will not use in the allotted time. Rizk has to have the worst loyalty program ever.

P.S. for my loyalty I got 30 free spins on the new leprechaun slot from Guts for much less deposits. Why can't Rizk do this? Again I love Rizk and am not bashing it (a bit but come one 10 big wheels and nada?) I just hate the loyalty program with a passion

The wheel is nothing more than a gimmick, rarely will it give you anything worthwhile, no matter what stake you play on, I've seen streamers do many a spin and get nothing.
Don't know how they got casino of the year really, see many more casinos, doing more and providing much much better service than rizk.
Granted they will pay you, certain practices though I've seen have stopped me depositing full stop, which is a shame as the site looks great (minus lag) and they have novo's, and a awesome selection. I guess just one bad report can turn off a player.

I would rather just a 10% cashback on any losses and a weekly 100% bonus and the odd freebie instead of things like the wheel.

Yeah I had something happen with guts a few years ago and not played there or any of the others, definitely better places to play though, I tend to avoid any company that mass promotes. My account is blocked from rizk and I had a free chip sent to me in the actual post, snail mail....lol.

My number 1 at the moment is definitely verajohn, withdrawals are normally a few hours max to get processed, you accumulate coins to change for free spins/credit/bonuses, huge selection of games (minus novos, thats not a bad thing to be honest haha) and great support.
