Yeah, i just looked what i got in the 19 levels i've done. The weekly raffle was a trip to the Ice Hockey World Cup 2016, but as we know winning such a raffle is not very likely with all those players. And i just imagine how long it takes to get through a level with lowish bets....

I also think it is ridiculous that levelling up is so stacked against high rollers, if I play 30pspins it goes up at the same rate as if I bet higher on microgaming and does not go up in line with the increase in bet with netent!

I don't know if this has been reported earlier in this thread - but I had a glitch with my Rizk wheel spins tonight:

I hadn't claimed any up to today, and had reached level 15 - so I had 15 spins of the wheel waiting for me!
First was 5 free-spins, then 5 Super Spins, then 5 normal spins again... BUT this second lot didn't get added to the 5 I already had.
Not knowing how this system is supposed to work, I thought maybe you have to use your free-spins before spinning the Wheel of Rizk again - so I used the free-spins I had before spinning the Rizk again.
I then alternated: Rizk Wheel, use free-spins, Rizk Wheel, Free-spins, etc...
But again, one of my 5 free-spins wins didn't get added to my "Rewards".

i.e. From 15 spins of the Rizk wheel, 2 x 5 normal free-spins did not get credited to my account.
Only worth £2 in total, so not too bothered about it - but it seems like a glitch to me...

Dissapointing ...did well at Rizk ...cashed in 1750 in total so hit the take a break for 7 days ,,did not self exclude .. seemed a good group so registered with Guts made 6 deposits total 700 or so without much luck but he thats gaming . Went for a coffee and came back to start again and im locked out , pop onto chat and they tell me i have self excluded from sister casino so i cant play anywhere , i insisted i had just taken a break which imo is different ...anyway its easier at 32red / video slots etc so im now no longer a member ...shame they seemed a good group .
Had about 250 free spins owing to me as well .

Yes 100% true.
If you self exclude from a casino and then go to another on the SAME gambling license, they have to refund your deposits.
If you win, they keep the winnings and return your deposits, and if you lose they just return the deposits.
It's the law. (UK Gambling law).

This has been discussed many times on this forum.

Thanks ... thats definately what the chat rep said and he told me i couldnt come back until the other exclusion was finished ...kinda hope it was a self exclusion now lol ,,,i was more annoyed that i could not have the chance to win some back as that 700 didnt last long .
I have sent a message to rep try and find out :

perhaps you could look into the whole situation as i was so annoyed that i had made lots of deposits and then been thrown out without the opportunity to win any of it back i was really annoyed on your casino chat ...i wasnt at all rude but said that if they were just going to do that i may as well go back to my normal casinos.

If you selected the 7 days, you would have selected the cooling off period and not the self exclusion which is either for 6 or 12 month.

Somebody at the casino has it wrong and they should make it good for you which I am sure they will after they properly looked into it.

im pretty sure it was a cooling off period so im even more cheesed off with the chat rep now ..unless he still had to exclude me ...im not real familiar with all these rules to be honest but i appreciate your help..thank you.

If you closed the account because of responsible gaming reasons or via your account (not through support) then your account at Guts will also be closed.

I see it was closed by your request so there will be no issues with your Guts account.

I'm so tired by all this bullshit, something is really messy with this law. First of all, HOW should some random player (not in this community like i am) know which casinos share a license or are connected? And only because i exclude myself in a casino via account doesn't mean that i have a gambling problem, i could also mean that i don't want to play in this particular casino for 6 months, as example.
