Hi to you all, I know I am a naive fool for ever having deposited money at Crystal Palace casino, I have only myself to blame. Anyone enlighten me on the best way to try to get my deposit back? I've tried filling out a complaint form to RTG but have yet to recieve a reply. My friendly emails are never answered. Feels like I have no hope. I went way past the WR and I can't even get into my account to play some more even if I wanted to, my account is blocked. Am I going to become the victim of malicious confiscation? Does the casino have any right to do that? Some of you guys out there must have some suggestions for me.

Forget about it, remember the bit about being a naive fool and whose fault it is - it isn't Warren's - and don't do it again.

Hey captainsmudge- Supposedly Crystal Palace does eventually pay & you should at least be able to get your deposit back, if your balance is equal or higher than your original deposit. Talk to the service reps & ask why your account was locked. Emails aren't usually the answer- talk to a live person if possible. ANd- keep on them. Persistance often pays off. Good luck! (GO get 'em!)

Hi Captainsmudge,

If you made your deposit via Neteller - you're in luck.

I'm in the process of uploading this week's webcast and there's an interview with Neteller's CEO where he discusses this sort of thing.

I would file a complaint through Neteller, or send it to me and I'll have them take a look at it.

Hi again,Unfortunately didn't use neteller, but thanks for the vote of confidence, much appreciated  Not so sure if I'm entirely to blame though, posting ruthless comments at genuine players who are treated badly at certain casinos seems a little harsh. I'm not going to cry about it, just a bit wound up that people can get away with this thats all (any chance of a few more sympathy votes!). Keep up the good work casinomeister.
