What happens if you get 6x scatter on Raging Rhino?

Hi peeps, hope you're all well. Work has kept me away for quite some time. Anyway...

Something I've noticed lately that is really annoying me -
Just before free spins lands on RR, on many casinos, the game deducts from your balance the amount that the trigger pays. So if I'm playing at 80p a spin, and have a balance of £10 just as the bonus triggers, my balance will go down by £1.60 for 3 scatters, £8 for 4 scatters etc.
But what happens if I land 6 scatters? That's £800 but I only have £10 in my balance. Does it go to -£790? Does the game simply not give me 6 scatters because I don't have enough to 'pay' for them? This is really unnerving when I'm playing the game.

The amount is added on at the end of the bonus game, along with any winnings, so it's not that I'm being scammed, but it's still really annoying.

I sure hope you're right :D
I can't tell you how irritating it is to sit watching my balance wondering if I can't have a big bonus trigger simply because I don't have enough for it.

Don't worry your balance will just go into minus territory, I noticed this bonus deduction a few months ago and I quite like it now as you can tell a bonus is going to occur before the reels land.

All you need to do if really worried is take a screen shot [alt+prtscn keys on windows]. I've landed the 6 diamonds once, before this quirk with the balance 'appeared', it's the rarest event I'd say as I've been playing the game for 4 years now, totally came out of the blue, I went on a mad run after that, losing big then winning big. At the moment I can't even get a bonus.

What I wonder about is does it cancel an active bonus and the associated wagering, so say you are down to your last £6 with a bonus and still have for example £500 wagering to do, if you trigger a 4 scatter bonus on 80p stake it will take £8 off your balance [10x] that then will take your balance into minus territory, £-2, it's happened to me once with an active bonus and it removed the wagering as to the wallet system I'd lost all the bonus money but in reality I hadn't as rhino just adds the scatter trigger money back on at the end of the bonus round.

Here I took a screenshot a while back, oct 2019 this was, why SG/WMS have done this I don't know :

ODD BALANCE.jpg

looking at the minus balance I'm trying to work out what my balance was when the 4 diamonds landed, I had a 20p win there so it takes that off your balance too, I must have had over 80 pence in order to do the spin  therefore it must have taken more than £8.20 off the balance, otherwise it would mean I only had 58p left.

I think it might have taken £1.60 [2x] for getting a bonus plus the 10x trigger you get for 4 diamonds, and the 20p win, so £9.80 was taken off my balance which took me to £-7.62.

Edit: no hold on, it takes the cost of the spin 80p plus the trigger, which in this case was £8.20, so that is a total of £9, therefore I must have had a balance of £1.28 [£1.28 - £9 = £-7.62] phew!

This is classic SG IMO. Utter clowns.

The same problem happened on other games running on their platform (Bonanza was one)

Likewise on Montezuma, not only did they have the stupid tells on the feature, but now the game updates the balance on EVERY spin before the reels land.

How are these things not noticed ffs?

I’m not sure how anybody can actually play rhino or monte anymore. The only reason can be for nostalgia?? Not only are they a shadow of their former selves but they’re riddled with annoying bugs and don’t run smoothly at all.

Yet a lot of their land based games are a joy to watch (not to play) but for some reason when the same games are moved to an online platform it seems like they age 30 years and run awful.

The Megaways versions of these games are almost laughable. Whoever is in charge of quality control or whatever department they have for signing off on how the games play should be fired immediately. If that department exists, which is questionable IMO.

I can’t even play Raging Rhino because PlayOLG refuses to fix an issue for me probably involving an unfinished game. Getting 6 diamonds is a goal of mine.

I've hit it a year or so ago, it was only on £1.20 but the £1200.00 was greatfully received. Six diamonds give you 50 free spins and they paid the grand total of an extra £67.00 LOL

I’ve won less with over a hundred spins (endless repeats, I’m sure you’ve been there).
Getting 6 scatter isn’t even a goal as such, I just worried that I couldn’t because I didn’t have enough in my balance.

The idiots who run Doug’s Casino finally fixed the issue I had with Raging Rhino. An unfinished game would not load and the slot would hang on the loading screen. I will be stupidly dumping $100 this weekend into Raging Rhino trying the get the big win and seeing the gems fly. It’s been a long time.
